Abstract

ABSTRAK Majelis ta’lim Nurul Islam adalah suatu lembaga pendidikan nonformal yang dijadikan sebagai wadah dalam proses belajar mengajar dalam mendalami dan memahami agama Islam pada Ibu-ibu di Dusun Umbul keong Sidomulyo Lampung Selatan. Dewasa ini seluruh dunia sedang dilanda wabah Covid-19, hal tersebut juga berdampak pada masalah-masalah psikologis yang di alami khusunya pada Ibu-ibu misalnya seperti cemas, gelisah, stress hingga putus asa. Di tengah banyaknya Ibu-ibu yang mengalami berbagai masalah psikologis, penulis melihat majelis ta’lim dapat menjadi pilihan untuk mendapatan kesehatan mental dengan mengikuti berbagai kegiatan keagamaan di dalamnya. Hal inilah yang menjadi rumusan masalah yang akan menjadi acuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana peran majelis ta’lim sebagai terapi untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah psikologis yang dihadapi Ibu-ibu pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dan sifat penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer yang diperoleh dari wawancara dengan pengurus dan jamaah majelis ta’lim Nurul Islam 8 orang, yang terdiri dari 6 Ibu-ibu jamaah majelis ta’lim, 1 pimpinan/pengurus majelis ta’lim dan 1 pembimbing agama di majelis ta’lim Nurul Islam dan sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku, jurnal ilmiah, atau dokumen yang sifatnya untuk melengkapi data-data utama. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data dengan cara mereduksi data, men-display data dan verivication (menarik kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses dan tingkat keberhasilan peran majelis ta’lim Nurul Islam Nurul Islam sebagai terapi bagi Ibu-ibu pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Dusun Umbul Keong Sidomulyo Lampung Selatan ditemukan banyak Ibu-ibu di Dusun Umbul Keong yang mengalami masalah psikologis pada masa pandemi Covid-19 seperti kejenuhan, cemas, gelisah, mood swing, hingga stress. Keadaan itu muncul karena begitu banyaknya tugas Ibu�ibu selama masa pandemi Covid-19 karena selain mengerjakan pekerjaan rutin mengurus rumah tangga, Ibu-ibu juga menjadi garda terdepan kesehatan keluarga, pengelola keuangan, dan menjadi guru bagi anak-anaknya yang sedang melakukan sekolah daring. Adapun hasil yang didapat setelah mengikuti proses kegiatan di majelis ta’lim yaitu Ibu-ibu menjadi lebih tenang dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid- iii 19. Perasaan seperti cemas, gelisah, dan stress juga di rasakan berkurang. Ibu-ibu juga merasa senang dan terhibur dengan adanya kegiatan hadrah dan dapat bersilaturahmi dengan jamaah lainnya. Adapun kegiatan keagamaan yang rutin dilaksankan di majelis ta’lim Nurul Islam yaitu pengajian, yasinan rutin, belajar mengaji tahsin, kesenian hadrah, memberikan santunan (sedekah) serta kegiatan peringatan-peringatan hari besar Islam. Kata Kunci: Peran, Majelis Ta’lim, Pandemi Covid-19 iv ABSTRACT The Nurul Islam ta'lim assembly is a non-formal educational institution that is used as a forum for the teaching and learning process in exploring and understanding Islam for mothers in Umbul Keong Hamlet, Sidomulyo, South Lampung. Today the whole world is being hit by the Covid-19 outbreak, this also has an impact on psychological problems experienced especially in mothers, such as anxiety, stress, and despair. Amid the large number of mothers who experience various psychological problems, the author sees the tackle assembly as an option to get mental health by participating in various religious activities in it. This is the formulation of the problem that will become a reference in this research, namely what is the role of the Islamic Boarding School as a therapy to overcome various psychological problems faced by mothers during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses qualitative research, with the type of field research (field research) and the nature of qualitative descriptive research. In taking the sample, the researcher used purposive sampling by taking a number of people who were appropriate to be used as informants, namely 8 people, consisting of 6 women from the ta'lim assembly, 1 leader/administrator of the ta'lim assembly and 1 religious advisor at the ta'lim assembly Nurul Islam. The data sources used are primary data sources obtained from interviews and secondary data sources obtained from books, scientific journals, or documents which are to complement the main data. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. While data analysis is done by reducing data, displaying data and verifying (drawing conclusions). The results of this study indicate that the process and level of success of the role of the Nurul Islam ta'lim assembly as therapy for mothers during the Covid-19 pandemic in Umbul Keong Sidomulyo Hamlet, South Lampung found many mothers in Umbul Keong Hamlet experiencing psychological problems during the Covid-19 pandemic, such as boredom, anxiety, mood swings, and stress. This situation arose because there were so many tasks for mothers during the Covid-19 pandemic. After all, apart from doing routine housework, mothers were also at the forefront of family health, financial managers, and became teachers for their children who were doing schoolwork. The results obtained after participating in the process of activities at the table assembly were that mothers became calmer in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. Feelings such as v anxiety and stress also feel reduced. Mothers also feel happy and entertained by having hadrah activities and being able to stay in touch with other congregations. As for religious activities that are routinely carried out at the Nurul Islam ta'lim assembly, namely recitation, routine yasinan, learning to recite this, hadrah arts, giving others (charity), and activities commemorating Islamic holidays.
