Abstract

ABSTRAK Kinerja sumber daya manusia yang tinggi akan mendorong munculnya Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yaitu perilaku melebihi apa yang telah distandarkan perusahaan yang memberi ikatan kuat antara karyawan dengan perusahaan sehingga mampu menjalankan kewajiban dengan baik sesuai dengan peran dan jabatannya di perusahaan. Namun pada kenyataannya masih rendahnya sikap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) yang dimiliki oleh karyawan yang bekerja di PT Belitang Panen Raya. Hal ini di tunjukkan dengan adanya karyawan yang tidak ingin membantu karyawan lainnya saat sedang dalam kesulitan menyelesaikan pekerjaannya. Karyawan yang merasa puas akan pekerjaannya maka akan mempunyai sikap sukarela melaksanakan tugas diluar tanggungjawab. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini ingin mengetahui, apakah kepemimpinan transformasional dan emotional intelligence berpengaruh pada organizational citizenship behaviour pada karyawan di PT Belitang Panen Raya. Dan bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional, emotional intelligence terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour dalam perspektif islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada karyawan yang bekerja di PT Belitang Panen Raya, dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 57 responden dan menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Selanjutnya untuk menganalisis, peneliti menggunakan skala likert dengan metode analisis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini setelah diuji menyatakan bahwa kepemipinan transformasional dan emotional intelligence sama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour. Dalam perspektif Ekonomi Islam, secara umum kepemimpinan transformasional, emotional intelligence dan organizational citizenship behaviour yang dilakukan oleh karywan PT Belitang Panen Raya sudah sesuai dengan syariat Islam berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour ABSTRACT High human resource performance will encourage the emergence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), namely behavior that goes beyond what has been standardized by the company which provides a strong bond between employees and the company so that they are able to carry out their obligations properly according to their roles and positions in the company. However, in reality there is still a low level of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) that is owned by employees who work at PT Belitang Panen Raya. This is shown by the presence of employees who do not want to help other employees when they are in trouble completing their work. Employees who are satisfied with their work will have a voluntary attitude in carrying out tasks beyond their responsibilities. Therefore this study wanted to know whether transformational leadership and emotional intelligence affect organizational citizenship behavior among employees at PT Belitang Panen Raya. And how is transformational leadership, emotional intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior in an Islamic perspective. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on employees who work at PT Belitang Panen Raya, with a sample of 57 respondents and using a probability sampling technique. Data collection through questionnaires. Furthermore, to analyze, researchers used a Likert scale with the SmartPLS analysis method. The results of this study after being tested state that transformational leadership and emotional intelligence both have a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. In the perspective of Islamic Economics, in general transformational leadership, emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior carried out by employees of PT Belitang Panen Raya are in accordance with Islamic law based on the principles of Islamic business ethics.
