Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar belakang pada penelitian ini adalah Penurunan kinerja secara terus menerus dapat terjadi Financial Distress yaitu keadaan yang sangat sulit bahkan dapat dikatakan mendekati kebangkrutan. hal ini mendorong penelitian kembali terkait kinerja bank muamalat. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah (1)Apakah Value Added Of Capital Employed (VACA) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja Bank Muamalat Periode 2008-2021? (2) Apakah Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja Bank Muamalat Periode 2008-2021?(3) apakah Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja Bank Muamalat Periode 2008-2021?(4) apakah Value Added Of Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) berpengaruh secara silmutan terhadap kinerja Bank Muamalat Periode 2008-2021 ? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang diperoleh dari sumber yang sudah ada yaitu berupa laporan keuangan tahun 2008-2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah bank muamalat . Sampel yang didapat sebanyak 14 tahun dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Variabel Value Added Of Capital Employed (VACA) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja bank Muamalat Periode 2008-2021.Variabel Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) Terhadap Kinerja Bank Muamalat Periode 2008-2021 berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap bank Muamalat, hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Value Added Human Capital (VAHU. Variabel Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) Terhadap Efisiensi Kinerja Bank Muamalat Periode 2008-2021 berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap efisiensi bank Muamalat, hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Value Added Human Capital (VAHU). terhadap variabel dependen (Kinerja Bank Muamalat). Kata kunci: Value Added Of Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) Dan Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) iv ABSTRACT The background in this study is that a continuous decline in performance can result in financial distress, which is a very difficult situation that can even be said to be close to bankruptcy. this encourages further research related to the performance of bank muamalat. The formulation of the problem in this study is (1) Does the Value Added Of Capital Employed (VACA) partially affect the performance of Bank Muamalat for the 2008-2021 period? (2) Does Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) partially affect the performance of Bank Muamalat for the 2008-2021 period? (3) Does Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) partially affect the performance of Bank Muamalat for the 2008-2021 period? (4) Does Value Added Of Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) have a simultaneous effect on the performance of Bank Muamalat for the 2008-2021 period? This research uses a quantitative approach, with the type of associative research. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from existing sources, namely the 2008-2021 financial reports. The population in this research is muamalat bank. The samples obtained were 14 years old with the sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that partially the Value Added Of Capital Employed (VACA) variable has an effect on the performance of bank Muamalat for the 2008-2021 period. The Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) variable on the performance of Bank Muamalat for the 2008-2021 period has a significant negative effect on bank Muamalat, the test shows that partially Value Added Human Capital (VAHU. Variable Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) on the Performance Efficiency of Bank Muamalat for the 2008-2021 period has an effect and is significant on the efficiency of Muamalat bank, the test results show that partially Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) .to the dependent variable (Bank Muamalat Performance).
