Abstract

ABSTRAK Kiai mempunyai peran sebagai fiqur central dipondok pesantren. bukan karna hanya ilmu keagamaan saja akan tetapi kiai juga selain sebagai pendiri dan pemilik pondok pesantren. Seorang kiai sebagai pemangku jabatan di pondok pesantren peran kiai sangat penting didalam pondok pesantren bagi para pengurus untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengurus santri agar tercapailah sebuah tujuan dilembaga tersebut secara tersusun dan menciptakan santri-santri yang berintelektual, berahlak bagus dan serta ilmu-ilmunya bermanfaat bagi diri kita sendiri maupun orang lain. Fokus dari penelitian ini membahas tentang peran kiai dan kinerja pengurus sedangkan dari sub fokus penelitian ini adalah peran kiai dalam meningkatkan kinerja pengurus santri putri pesantren sabilil muworrobien. Metode penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) penelitian lapangan adalah penelitian yang digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang diperoleh langsung oleh responden. dilihat dari sifatnya penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif (deskriptif reserch) menurut Jalaludin rahmat, penelitian deskriptif tidak mencari atau menjelaskan hubungan, tidak menguji hipotesis atau membuat prediksi, dari penelitian ini diajukan untuk mengumpulkan informasi aktual secara rinci yang melukiska gejala yang ada, mengidentifikasi masalah atau memeriksa kondisi dan praktek-praktek yang berlaku, penelitian kualitatif sangat perduli dengan persoalan data dianalisis sehingga hasilnya dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Dari hasil penelitian mengenai Peran kiai dalam Meningkatkan kinerja Pengurus Santri Putri Pesantren Sabilil Muworrobien di Kecamatan Buai Bahuga Kabupaten Way Kanan. kiai Muhibin Anwar sebagai pemimpin memiliki perilaku dua dimensi interaksi sosial. Peran Kiai Edi Mujab untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Pengurus Santri Putri yang di terapkan di Pondok Pesantren Sabilil Muworrobien yaitu untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengurus dalam menjadi motivator di sini adalah sosok yang memberikan motivasi (Pendorong, Penyemangat, penggiat dll) untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengurus terhadap para santri karakter-karakter santri putri dapat terbentuk melalui pendidikan dan keteladanaan dari pengurus dan peranaan kiai Edi Mujab sebagai pemimpin pesantren sabilil muworrobien. Judging from its nature, this research is descriptive (descriptive reserch) according to Jalaluddin rahmat, descriptive research does not seek or explain relationships, does not test hypotheses or make predictions, from this research is proposed to collect actual information in detail that describes existing symptoms, identifies problems or examines conditions and practices that apply, qualitative research is very concerned with the problem of data being analyzed so that the resul can to be justified. From the results of research on the role of Kiai in improving the performance of female students at the Sabilil Muworrobien Islamic Boarding school in Buai Bahuga sub-district, Way right district. Kiai Muhibin Anwar as a leader has a two-dimensional behavior of social interaction. Kiai Edi Mujab role to improve the performance of female santri administrators applied at the Sabilil Muworrobien Islamic boarding School is to improve the performance of the administrators in being a motivator. The character of female students can be formed through the administrators and the role of Kiai Edi Mujab as the leader of the pesantren.
