Abstract

ABSTRAK Industri merupakan Leading Sektor pertumbuhan ekonomi yang mampu menambah pertumbuhan dan perkembangan di sektor�sektor lainnya, salah satunya industri yang berada di Kelurahan Sindang Anom. Berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi di kelurahan Sindang Anom berdasarkan mata pencaharian dan rata-rata pendapatan masyarakat berada dalam tingkat golongan berpendapatan rendah, hal ini di sebabkan mayoritas masyarakat bekerja di sektor pertanian sebagai buruh tani yang mana hasil pendapatan yang di peroleh merupakan pendapatan kotor. Rumusan Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana Dampak Pabrik Tapioka PT Bukit Kencana Mas Terhadap Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa Sindang Anom? Bagaimana tinjauan Ekonomi Islam (Maslahah Mursalah) Pabrik Tapioka PT Bukit Kencana Mas Terhadap Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa Sindang Anom? Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak Pabrik Tapioka PT Bukit Kencana Mas terhadap ekonomi masyarakat Desa Sindang Anom. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan Field Research. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder serta populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 103 populasi dengan sampel sebanyak 11 orang sebagai informan. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Industri Pabrik Tapioka PT. Bukit Kencana Mas memiliki pengaruh terhadap ekonomi masyarakat Desa Sindang Anom baik positif maupun negatif. Dampak positif yang terjadi yakni terjadi peralihan mata pencaharian masyarakat, terjadinya penyerapan tenaga kerja, dan peningkatan kepemilikan kekayaan. Dampak negatif yang terjadi yakni rusaknya infrastruktur jalan desa. Keberadaan Industri Tepung Tapioka di desa sindang anom telah memberikan maslahah dilihat dari kesejahteraan masyarakat dimana sudah memenuhi Maqashid Syariah dan terpenuhinya kebutuhan daruriyat dan hajiyyat sementara kebutuhan tahsiniyyat hanya segelintir masyarakat yang dapat memenuhinya. ABSTRACT Industry is the main sector of economic growth which is able to increase growth and development in other sectors, one of which is industry in Sindang Anom Village. Based on the phenomena that occur in the Sindang Anom sub-district based on income and the average income of the community is at the low income group level, this is because the majority of people work in the agricultural sector as farm laborers where the income earned is gross income. The formulation of the problem in this research is: What is the Impact of the PT Bukit Kencana Mas Tapioca Factory on the Economy of the Sindang Anom Village Community? What is the review of the Islamic Economics (Maslahah Mursalah) Tapioca Factory of PT Bukit Kencana Mas on the Economy of the Sindang Anom Village Community? The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of PT Bukit Kencana Mas Tapioca Factory on the economy of the people of Sindang Anom Village. This study uses a qualitative method, this research is descriptive with a Field Research approach. Sources of data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data and the population in the study totaled 103 populations with a sample of 11 people as informants. Techniques in data collection consisted of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the Tapioca Factory Industry PT. Bukit Kencana Mas has an influence on the economy of the people of Sindang Anom Village, both positive and negative. The positive impacts that occur are the termination of employment relations with the community, the occurrence of labor absorption, and an increase in wealth ownership. The negative impact that occurred was damage to village road infrastructure. The demand for Tapioca Flour Industry in Sindang Anom Village has provided maslahah in terms of community welfare which has fulfilled Maqashid Syariah and fulfilled the needs of daruriyat and hajiyyat while the needs of tahsiniyyat are only a handful of people who can fulfill them.
