Abstract

assistance program that directs the formation of the human self that leads to religious values that form the basis of a person. The importance of religious guidance for people with disabilities is to help people with disabilities who have difficulty understanding in terms of religion to achieve a perfect life in this world and the hereafter. The Sabilun Najah Mental Social Welfare Institution (LKS) made efforts to help people with disabilities to provide religious understanding to them by conducting religious guidance programs. For this reason, researchers will examine how the process of implementing religious guidance in fostering entrepreneurial motivation for persons with disabilities at the Mental Social Welfare Institution (LKS) Sabilun Najah Seputih, Mataram, Central Lampung. This type of research is a filed research (Field Research), with the nature of the research method is descriptive qualitative that describes in full the data obtained from the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. The data sources in this study were 10 people consisting of 8 people with mental disabilities and 2 counselors. The data analysis technique in this study uses the theory of Milles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that the efforts made by the counselor have been carried out with the stages of religious guidance, namely: 1) the planning stage of activities, namely preparing all the needs to facilitate the religious guidance program including, determining service materials, determining the goals and results to be achieved, determining the means of activities , stipulate special methods or techniques, media and tools to be used, stipulate the time and place and schedule for the implementation of religious guidance activities. 2) the stage of implementing activities, including group formation, introduction programs and religious guidance activities. 3) evaluation of activities, namely religious guidance activities are considered to have the impact of appropriate changes based on the objectives to be achieved from the coaching and training program. Based on the results of the study, it is known that people with disabilities in the Sabilun Najah Mental Social Welfare Institution (LKS) have changes that occur in them, namely being more active in v worship, able to control emotions and self-control and have good relationships with the surrounding environment.
