Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan aset unit usaha syariah terus menunjukan perkembangan dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun terkahir, bahkan aset unit usaha syariah tetap menunjukan peningkatan walaupun terdampak covid-19. Hal ini berbanding terbalik dengan perkembangan aset sebelum terdampak covid dimana aset unit usaha syariah mengalami peningkatan yang lebih sedikit dibandingkan saat terdampak covid-19. Office Channeling dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan akses sekaligus menarik minat masyarakat untuk menggunakan jasa perbankan syariah. Semakin banyak masyarakat menggunakan layanan syariah (office channeling) maka akan berpengaruh postif petumbuhan aset unit usaha syariah. Pertumbuhan aset juga di sebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu dana pihak ketiga dan pembiayaan, semakin dana pihak ketiga dan pembiayaan mengalami kenaikan maka akan semakin tinggi juga pertumbuhan asetnya. Adapun rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaiu: Apakah Office Channeling, Dana Pihak Ketiga dan Pembiayaan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Aset Unit Usaha Syariah di Indonesia 2017-2021? , dan Apakah Office Channeling, Dana Pihak Ketiga dan Pembiayaan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Aset Unit Usaha Syariah di Indonesia 2017-2021? Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif . Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling data yang diolah adalah data sekunder laporan keuangan keuangan pertahun unit usaha syariah 2017-2021 yang di ambil dari website masing-masing bank unit usaha syariah. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu menunjukan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh Office Channeling,dana pihak ketiga dan pembiayaan terhadap Aset Unit Usaha Syariah. Secara simultan Office Channeling, Dana Pihak Ketiga dan Pembiayaan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Aset Unit Usaha Syariah di Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Kata Kunci : Office Channeling, Dana Pihak Ketiga, Pembiayaan dan Aset iii ABSTRACT The development of sharia business unit assets has continued to show progress in the last 5 years, even sharia business unit assets have continued to show an increase despite being affected by Covid-19. This is inversely proportional to the development of assets before being affected by Covid where the assets of the sharia business unit experienced a smaller increase compared to when they were affected by Covid-19. Office Channeling is intended to increase access as well as attract public interest in using Islamic banking services. The more people use sharia services (office channeling), the more positive the growth of sharia business unit assets will be. Asset growth is also caused by several factors, namely third party funds and financing, the more third party funds and financing increase, the higher the asset growth will also be. The formulation of the problem in this research is: Do Office Channeling, Third Party Funds and Financing partially affect the Assets of Islamic Business Units in Indonesia 2017-2021? and Do Office Channeling, Third Party Funds and Financing simultaneously affect the Assets of Sharia Business Units in Indonesia 2017-2021? This research is a type of quantitative research. The sample in this study uses a purposive sampling technique. The data that is processed is secondary data on the annual financial reports of the sharia business units for 2017-2021 which are taken from the website of each bank of the sharia business unit. The research results obtained in this study show that partially there is the influence of Office Channeling, third party funds and financing of Islamic Business Unit Assets. Simultaneously Office Channeling, Third Party Funds and Financing simultaneously affect Sharia Business Unit Assets in Indonesia for the 2017-2021 period.
