Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembinaan dan pengembangan adalah semua upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan melalui peningkatan kemampuan dan pengetahuan dengan mengikuti pembinaan atau pembelajaran di SMA Global Madani Bandar Lampung dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi guru. kepala sekolah selalu memperhatikan, mengupayakan, memberikan dorongan dan arahan tentang pentingnya mengembangkan kompetensi yang dimiliki sebagai guru Ketentuan ini pun sudah tetera didalam Undang-undang tentang pentingnya pengembangan profesonalisme guru, seperti halnya pengembangan pada kualifikasi guru, sertifikasi, pelatihan, supervisi pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembinaan dan pengembangan profesinalitas guru di SMA Global Madani Bandar Lampung. Yaitu terdapat fokusnya pada Program peningkatan kualifikasi pendidikan guru, Program penyetaraan dan sertifikas, Program pelatihan terintegrasi berbasis kompetensi, Program supervisi Pendidikan, Program pemberdayaan MGMP (musyawarah guru mata pelajaran), Simposium guru, Melakukan penelitian penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif Metode yang digunakan adalah obsevasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh selama penelitian dianalisis dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan Kemudian uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan dan triangulasi Triangulasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah triangulasi Teknik Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan mengenai pembinaan dan pengembangan profesionalitas guru di SMA Global Madani telah berjalan dengan baik. SMA Global Madani memiliki pembinaan dari yayasan seperti workshop, seminar, diklat, dan lain�lain. Guru juga harus mengikuti pembinaan dari yayasan seperti mengikuti rekrutmen setelah melakukan rekrutmen ada pembinaan awal di sebut PLATBUd (pelatihan budaya sekolah) dilakukan 3 hari full yang terdiri dari CCGM (code of conduct global madani) dimana mereka harus menerapkan senyum menerapkan salam menerapkan sapa, kemudian ada EA (exel apresiation) untuk riwet, jadi guru dateng telat potong point. Kemudian melakukan IHT pada awal semester. Dihari sabtu juga ada PD (personal diplomen) yang mencangkup 1. Keagamaan 2. English 3. Rpp 4. Sport. Diluar itu pembinaan juga dilakukan oleh kepsek 2x setahun guru dipanggil satu persatu dalam 15 menit Kata kunci : pembinaan, pengembangan, profesionalitas guru iv ABSTRAK Guidance and development are all efforts made to improve the performance of educators and education staff through increasing abilities and knowledge by participating in coaching or learning at SMA Global Madani Bandar Lampung in an effort to improve the competence of principal teachers always pay attention, seek, provide encouragement and direction about the importance of developing competences possessed as teachers. This provision has also been stated in the law regarding the importance of developing teacher professionalism, such as the development of teacher qualifications, certification, training, and educational supervision.This study aims to determine the coaching and professional development of teachers at SMA Global Madan Bandar Lampung, namely there is a focus on teacher education qualification improvement programs, equalization and certification programs, integrated competency-based training programs, Education supervision programs, MGMP empowerment programs (subject teacher deliberation). Teacher symposium, Doing research This research uses a descriptive qualitative research model. The method used is observational documentation interviews. The data obtained during the study were analyzed by data reduction, data pooling, and drawing conclusions. Then, the validity of the data was tested by observation and triangulation. Triangulation used in the study this is technique trangulation The results of research conducted regarding the coaching and profesional development of teachers at global madani high school have been going well. Global madani high school has guidance from foundations such as vorkshop, seminars, training,and others. Initially called PLATBUD(school culture training) it was carried out 3 full days consisting of CCGM (global civil code of conduct) where they had to apply a smile, apply greetings, apply greetings, then there was an EA (Exel Appreciation) for complicated, so the teacher came late to cut points. Then do IHT at the beginning of the semester on Saturday there is also a PD ( personal diploma) which inchudes 1 religion 2 english 3 RPP 4 sport outside of coaching is alsi carried out by the principal 2x a year teachers are called one by one in 15 minute.
