Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian implementasi bimbingan pribadi melalui program tahfidz Al-Qur’an terhadap kemampuan regulasi emosi peserta didik di MA Muhammadiyah Sukarame dilatar belakangi oleh munculnya kasus yang berkaitan dengan keadaan regulasi emosi peserta didik yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengontrol emosinya. Masalah tersebut disebabkan karena beberapa faktor salah satunya yaitu kurangnya program Pendidikan yang mengarah pada pembentukan karakteristik peserta didik, karena kebutuhan akan program Pendidikan ini maka dikembangkanlah bimbingan pribadi melalui program tahfidz Al-Qur’an untuk meningkatkan kemampuan regulasi emosi peserta didik. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan bimbingan pribadi melalui program tahfidz Al-Qur’an terhadap kemampuan regulasi emosi peserta didik di MA Muhammadiyah Sukarame. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif. Design yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan design penelitian Case Studies. Prosedur yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, materi audio dan visual. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru BK, Koordinator tahfidz Al-Qur’an dan 4 peserta didik. Teknik penentuan responden pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan teknik sampling purposive. Adapun pertimbangan dalam pengambilan responden ini yaitu, telah mengikuti program tahfidz Al�Qur’an dari kelas X, mempunyai tabungan hafalan Al-Qur’an minimal 3 surah serta memiliki indikator kurang mampu meregulasi emosi dengan baik sebelum mengikuti program tahfidz Al-Qur’an. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) perencanaan dan strategi yang dilakukan dalam implementasi bimbingan pribadi melalui program tahfidz Al-Qur’an terhadap kemampuan regulasi emosi peserta didik di MA Muhammadiyah Sukarame dengan menyusun buku pedoman tahfidz Al-Qur’an, menentukan atau mengkategorikan kelas untuk program tahfidz bagi peserta didik yang sesuai dengan tingkat hafalannya, dan membuat rencana pemberian iii layanan program tahfidz. Adapun strategi yang digunakan adalah memberikan sosialisasi pogram, memantau dan mengawasi proses perkembangan hafalan serta kemampuan regulasi emosi peserta didik, bekerja sama dengan orang tua, wali kelas dan guru tahfidz, memberikan layanan berupa metode hafalan yang sesuai dengan peserta didik dan membuat absensi perkembangan hafalan Al-Qur’an peserta didik 2) proses pelaksanaan implementasi bimbingan pribadi melalui program tahfidz Al-Qur’an terhadap kemampuan regulasi emosi peserta didik di MA Muhammadiyah Sukarame melalui 3 tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. 3) evaluasi dan hasil dari pelaksanaan bimbingan pribadi melalui program tahfidz Al-Qur’an terhadap kemampuan regulasi emosi peserta didik dengan hasil observasi lapangan dan wawancara mengenai kepuasan peserta didik setelah megikuti program tahfidz Al-Qur’an menunjukan sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai tujuan. Kemampuan regulasi emosi yang dimiliki peserta didik juga mengalami peningkatan. Kata Kunci: Bimbingan Pribadi, Tahfidz Al-Qur’an, Regulasi Emosi iv ABSTRACT The study examined the impact of the Al-Qur'an tahfidz program's implementation of individual guidance on students at MA Muhammadiyah's capacity to control their emotions. Sukarame is inspired by the situations that have come to light regarding the emotional management of students who have trouble doing so. Numerous causes contribute to this issue, one of which is the absence of educational initiatives that foster the development of student traits. Personal guidance was created through the Al-Qur'an tahfidz program to enhance students' capacity for emotional control in response to the demand for this educational program. The goal of this study is to show how the Al-Qur'an tahfidz program's implementation of individual supervision has affected students at MA Muhammadiyah's capacity to control their emotions. This study uses a form of qualitative research and is descriptive in nature. A case studies research design was used for this study. Observation, interviews, documentation, audio, and visual materials were the methods employed in the investigation. The Al�Qur'an tahfidz coordinator, the counseling teacher, and 4 students took part in this study. In this study, a non-probability sampling method combined with a purposive sampling method was employed to identify the respondents. This respondent's qualifications include having taken part in the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program since class X, having saved money for memorizing at least three surahs of the Qur'an, and showing signs of having had difficulty managing their emotions before beginning the program. The findings of this study suggest that 1) the implementation of personal guidance through the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program on the ability of students at MA Muhammadiyah Sukarame to control their emotions can be improved by creating a tahfidz Al-Qur'an guidebook, identifying or categorizing classes for the tahfidz program for students according to their level of memorization, and creating a plan for offering tahf Program socialization, monitoring and supervising the process of memorization development and the ability of students to v control their emotions, close collaboration with parents, homeroom teachers, and tahfidz teachers, offering services in the form of rote methods that are appropriate for students, and requiring attendance are the strategies used. the Al-Qur'an 2) The implementation of personal guidance through the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program on students at MA Muhammadiyah Sukarame's capacity to control their emotions through three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. 3)review of the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program's implementation of personal guidance on students' emotional regulation skills and results, as well as field observations and interviews about student satisfaction with the program's success in achieving its goals.
