Abstract

ABSTRAK Pola asuh orang tua merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi seorang anak, karena pola asuh memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak. Hal ini lah yang menjadi fokus bagi setiap orang tua dalam memilih dan menerapkan pola asuh yang tepat terhadap anaknya. Bentuk pola asuh orang tua yang akan menentukan sikap, nilai dan perilaku anak di masa depan. Menurut peraturan Mentri Pendidikan Nasional No.137 Tahun 2014 bahwasanya perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun dikatakan berkembang sesuai harapan jika anak mampu memahami peraturan dan disiplin, menunjukkan sikap mandiri dalam memilih kegiatan, mau berbagi, menolong, dan membantu teman, menunjukkan antusiasme dalam melakukan permainan kompetitif secara positif, dan memiliki rasa empati dengan teman. Penelitian ini memiliki rumusan masalah yang bertujuan untuk membuktikan ada tidaknya pengaruh pola asuh orang tua yang bekerja terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak di TK Qurrota Ayun Kec. Teluk Betung Timur, Kab. Kota Bandar Lampung, Provinsi Lampung. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data dari masing-masing variabel dikumpulkan secara terpisah melalui mengisi kuesioner yang disusun.Tehknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu para orang tua peserta didik di TK Qurrota Ayun yang termasuk dalam kategori orang tua yang bekerja. Sedangkan sampel nya adalah 37 orang yang ditentukan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah peneliti tetapkan yaitu hanya orang tua yang bekerja.Kemudian analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana, Analisis dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh antara variabel independen (X) terhadap variabel dependen (Y). Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan berbantukan SPSS 25 For Windows. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh antara pola asuh orang tua yang bekerja terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh orang tua yang bekerja akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak. Bekerja disini maksudnya pekerjaan yang menghabiskan banyak waktu di luar rumah, seperti bekerja di kantor, pasar, maupun pabrik. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa bentuk pola asuh orang tua yang tepat akan memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak. Adapun besar pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap kecerdasan sosial emosional anak diketahui iii dari hasil uji regresi linear sederhana yang dilihat dari nilai koefisien korelasi (R square) yaitu sebesar 0,625. Berdasarkan tingkat keeratandari Guilford Empirecal Rulesidapat dikategorikan dalam pengaruh sedang. Sedangkan besar presentase pengaruhnya yaitu 39,1%, dengan sisa 60,9% yang merupakan variabel-variabel (faktor�faktor) yang mempengaruhi perkembangan kecerdasan sosial emosional anak yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: Pola Asuh Orang Tua, Orang Tua yang Bekerja, Perkembangan Sosial Emosional Anak iv ABSTRACT Parenting is very important for a child, because parenting has a major influence on the social emotional development of children this which became the focus for every parents choosing and implementing parenting which ap propriate for their children the form of parenting among parents will determine the attitude, value and behavior of children in the future according to the regulation of the minister of national education number 137 year 2014 that the social emotional development of children aged 5-6 years is stated to develop as expected if the child is able to understand the rules and discipline, independent in choosing activity, wiling to share and helping friends, showing enthusiasm in conducting competitive play positively and having empathy with friends this research has a formulation of the problem that aims to prove whether there is influence or not of parenting for parents who work on social emotional development of children in kindergarten Qurrota Ayun East Teluk Betung District Bandar Lampung City Lampung province The Approach used in this research was quantitative approach the research results were analyzed with descriptive analysis assisted by SPSS 25 for windows data from each variable collected separately through filling out questionn aires arranged. This sample in this research were 37 people who were determined based on criteria which has been fired by the researcher that is onlu for parents who work the results of the research shows that there is an influence of parenting by parents who work on social emotional development of children it proves that the form of appropriate parenting will provide a positive influence on social emotional development of the children. The conclusion of this research was that there is influence on the development of social emotional intelligence of children when their parents are too focus to work. Work here means work that spends a lot of time outside the home such as work in the office, market, and factory. Known that the percentage influence of parenting for parents on the development of social emotional intellegence of children in kindergarten qurrota ayun east teluk betung, district city of bandar lampung, lampung province is equal to 23,5% or can be interpreted as having a moderate influence, and the remaining 76.5% can be influenced by other factors such as factors sourced from inside or factors sourced form outside that can not be used as the focus of discussion in this research although its influence is still in the middle category it shows that efforts of development of social emotional v intelligence of children should always give concern to the form of parenting applied by parents.
