Abstract

ABSTRAK Kinerja adalah hasil kerja yang telah dijalankan oleh karyawan selama waktu kerja. Pemberian insentif adalah cara untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan agar lebih produktif dan menjaga attitude selama bekerja. Kenaikan upah merupakan bentuk timbal balik positif dari atasan pada karyawan karena terjadi kenaikan permintaan produksi dan omset usaha naik. Dengan kenaikan upah dan pemberian insentif target dan tujuan dapat tercapai, namun ternyata kenaikan upah belum mampu untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Permasalahan yang diteliti adalah (1) Bagaimana penerapan kenaikan upah dan pemberian insentif pada karyawan di UMKM Bana Bee? (2) Bagaimana peran kenaikan upah dan pemberian insentif dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada UMKM Bana Bee? (3) Bagaimana prespektif ekonomi islam mengenai kebijakan kenaikan upah dan pemberian insentif serta kinerja karyawan yang diterapkan di UMKM Bana Bee? Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan dilakukan untuk melakukan pengamatan agar mendapatkan data pada UMKM Bana Bee. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu kenaikan upah dan insentif sudah diterapkan di UMKM Bana Bee dibuktikan dengan wawancara pada karyawan. Penerapan kenaikan upah belum berperan pada indikator kinerja karyawan, dilihat dari kuantitas kinerja karyawan yang hasil produksinya tidak sampai target dan karyawan belum menguasai maintenance alat produksi. Pemberian insentif dapat berperan terhadap kinerja karyawan karena jumlahnya lebih menguntungkan dilihat dari hasil produksi dan pendapatan usaha dapat mencapai target. Selain dinilai dari kinerja kualitas kerja karyawan dari attitude, ketepatan waktu hadir dan karyawan dapat menjalani aturan kerja. UMKM Bana Bee sudah mendalami prinsip ekonomi islam dalam penerapan kenaikan upah dan pemberian insentif. Kata Kunci: Kenaikan Upah, Insentif, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT Performance is the result of work that has been carried out by employees during working time. Providing incentives is a way to increase employee motivation to be more productive and maintain an attitude while working. The increase in wages is a form of positive feedback from the head of the company to employees due to an increase in production demand and an increase in business turnover. With the increase in wages and the provision of incentives, targets and objectives can be achieved, but in fact the increase in wages has not been able to improve employee performance. The problems studied are (1) How is the implementation of wage increases and incentives for employees in Bana Bee SMEs? (2) What is the role of wage increases and incentives in improving employee performance at Bana Bee SMEs? (3) What is the perspective of Islamic economics regarding the policy of increasing wages and providing incentives and employee performance applied in Bana Bee SMEs? The research method uses qualitative research, research using the type of field research is carried out to make observations in order to get data on Bana Bee SMEs. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. The results obtained are that wage increases and incentives have been implemented in Bana Bee SMEs, as evidenced by interviews with employees. The application of wage increases has not played a role in employee performance indicators, seen from the quantity of employee performance whose production results are not up to the target and employees have not mastered the maintenance of production equipment. The provision of incentives can play a role in employee performance because the amount is more profitable in terms of production results and business income can reach the target. In addition to being judged on the quality of work performance of employees from attitude, punctuality of attendance and employees can follow the work rules. Bana Bee SMEs have studied the principles of Islamic economics in implementing wage increases and providing incentives. Keywords: Increase in Wages, Incentives, Employee Performance
