Abstract

ABSTRAK Tumbuhan spermatophyta merupakan salah satu objek kajian dalam ilmu biologi dalam mata pelajaran IPA di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Terdapat berbagai macam jenis tumbuhan berbiji di pekarangan rumah Desa Tanjung, namun sebagian besar tumbuhan yang ada di pekarangan rumah Desa Tanjung Rejo belum diidentifikasi serta belum dimanfaatkan dan digali potensinya untuk dijadikan sumber belajar terutama pada mata pelajaran IPA. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui terdapat berapa jenis tumbuhan spermatophyta di pekarangan rumah Desa Tanjung Rejo dan untuk menganalisis potensi tumbuhan pekarangan rumah yang terdapat di Desa Tanjung Rejo yang dijadikan sumber belajar pada mata pelajaran IPA sub materi spermatophyta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan eksplorasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, identifikasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis tumbuhan spermatophyta yang terdapat di pekarangan rumah Desa Tanjung Rejo terdapat 112 jenis tumbuhan spermatophyta yang terdiri dari 2 jenis tumbuhan Gymnospermae dan 110 jenis tumbuhan Angiospermae yang tergolong ke dalam 51 famili. Potensi tumbuhan di pekarangan rumah Desa Tanjung Rejo, berpotensi sebagai sumber belajar IPA pada sub materi spermatophyta. Kata Kunci: Spermatophyta, Sumber Belajar, Tumbuhan Pekarangan. iii ABSTRACT Spermatophyta plants are one of the objects of study in biology in science subjects at the junior high school level. There are various types of plants with seeds in the yard of Tanjung Village's house, but most of the plants in Tanjung Rejo Village's yard have not been identified and their potential has not been exploited and explored to be used as learning resources, especially in science subjects. The purpose of this study was to find out how many types of spermatophyte plants exist in the home yard of Tanjung Rejo Village and to analyze the potential of home garden plants that are found in Tanjung Rejo Village which are used as learning resources in the science subject sub-material of spermatophyta. This research uses descriptive qualitative and exploratory methods. Data collection techniques using observation, identification, and documentation. The results showed that the types of spermatophyte plants found in the yard of the Tanjung Rejo Village house were 112 spermatophyta plant species consisting of 2 Gymnosperm plant species and 110 Angiosperm plant species belonging to 51 families. The potential of plants in the home yard of Tanjung Rejo Village, has the potential as a source of science learning in the spermatophyta sub-material.
