Abstract

ABSTRAK Coronavirus Disiase 2019 adalah virus jenis baru yang menular ke manusia ditemukan pertama kali di Wuhan, China pada akhir tahun 2019. Virus Covid-19 menyebabkan pandemi global dari sejak awal ditemukan sampai sekarang ini. Pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebar ke seluruh bagian dunia termasuk Negara Indonesia. Penduduk Indonesia yang terkonfirmasi terpapar virus Covid-19 yakni 4,27 juta kasus dengan jumlah kematian sebanyak 144 ribu jiwa. Angka kesembuhan covid-19 terus meningkat dengan diiringi kemunculan kasus baru penyebaran covid-19 yang juga terus mengalami peningkatan sehingga menyebabkan ketidakpastian yang masih terus mempengaruhi perekonomian global. Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) sangat melekat di masyarakat pada saat ini. Hal ini dikarenakan keberadaan UMKM sangat berperan penting dalam hal pendistribusian pendapatan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa peran UMKM Dimsum Seceng Soesilo Bandar Lampung dalam mendukung perekonomian masyarakat pada masa pandemi covid-19. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan peneliti ialah metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Sumber data peneliti berupa data primer yang didapatkan secara langsung dari narasumber melalui observasi dan wawancara dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku�buku teori atau referensi yang berhubungan dengan peran UMKM. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode, obsevasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian peran UMKM Dimsum Seceng Soesilo dalam mendukung perekonomian masyarakat telah terwujud secara ideal. Peran UMKM dalam mendukung perekonomian masyarakat dapat dilihat dari penyerapan tenaga kerja bagi masyarakat sekitar dimsum seceng soesilo, meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar yang menggangur dan di PHK dengan memberikan pekerjaan dan gaji atau upah setiap bulannya, memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan skill dan kemampuan sebagai bekal bagi masyarakat yang bekerja di dimsum seceng soesilo, serta meningkatkan taraf hidup terkait kebutuhan kesehatan, pendidikan, dan kebutuhan iii sekunder masyarakat yang bekerja di dimsum seceng soesilo. Berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam, produksi yang dilakukan di UMKM Dimsum Seceng Soesilo Bandar Lampung telah memenuhi tujuan dari produksi Islam yakni diantaranya menyediakan sesuatu yang bernilai dan bermanfat bagi masyarakat baik berupa barang maupun jasa. Barang yang dimaksud adalah hasil produksi berupa olahan dimsum, dan jasa yang dimaksud adalah kegiatan produksi yang telah memiliki peluang positif bagi masyarakat sekitar. The Covid-19 virus has caused a global pandemic from the time it was discovered until now. The Covid-19 pandemic has spread to all parts of the world, including Indonesia. The Indonesian population confirmed to have been exposed to the Covid-19 virus is 4.27 million cases with a death toll of 144,000. The recovery rate for COVID-19 continues to increase, accompanied by the emergence of new cases of the spread of COVID-19, which also continues to increase, causing uncertainty that continues to affect the global economy. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are very attached to society at this time. This is because the existence of UMKM plays an important role in the distribution of community income. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the role of Dimsum Seceng Soesilo Bandar Lampung UMKM in supporting the community's economy during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this study, the method used by the researcher is a descriptive qualitative method. Sources of research data are primary data obtained directly from sources through observation and interviews and secondary data obtained from theory or reference books related to the role of UMKM. Data collection techniques were carried out through methods, observations, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, the role of UMKM Dimsum Seceng Soesilo in supporting the community's economy has been realized ideally. The role of UMKM in supporting the community's economy can be seen from the absorption of labor for the community around Dimsum Seceng Soesilo, increasing the income of the surrounding community who are unemployed and laid off by providing jobs and salaries or wages every month, providing training to improve skills and abilities as provisions for people who are struggling. working at Dimsum Seceng Soesilo, as well as improving the standard of living related to the health, education and secondary needs of the people who work at Dimsum Seceng Soesilo. Based on the principles of Islamic economics, the production carried out at v UMKM Dimsum Seceng Soesilo Bandar Lampung has fulfilled the objectives of Islamic production, namely providing something of value and benefit to the community in the form of goods and services. The goods in question are the results of production in the form of processed dim sum, and the services in question are production activities that already have positive opportunities for the surrounding community.
