Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberhasilan sebuah usaha dapat dilihat dari persentase pertumbuhan laba yang diperoleh. Untuk meningkatkan laba tentunya ukuran usaha, pendidikan pemilik usaha adalah faktor yang sangat penting dalam menjalankan usaha untuk pengambilan keputusan secara cermat agar mencapai laba setinggi-tingginya. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh antara tingkat pendidikan dan ukuran usaha terhadap pertumbuhan laba baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari tingkat pendidikan dan ukuran usaha terhadap pertumbuhan laba baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 64 UMKM kerajinan tungku yang ada di Desa Braja Luhur Kecamatan Braja Selebah Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 40 UMKM dengan pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji relia bilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan ukuran usaha berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pertumbuhan laba karena nilai signifikan di bawah 0,05 yaitu 0,000 (sig < 0,05). Hasil ini mengisyaratkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan ukuran usaha merupakan faktor yang sangat berpengaruh penting yang menentukan tinggi rendahnya peningkatan pertumbuhan laba. Sedangkan secara prespektif akuntansi syariah UMKM Kerajinan Tungku di Desa Braja Luhur telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsi akuntansi syariah, yaitu prinsip tanggung jawab, prinsip keadilan dan prinsip kebenaran. To increase profits, of course, the size of the business, the education of the business owner is a very important factor in running a business for careful decision making in order to achieve the highest profit. The formulation of the problem in this study is to see whether there is an influence between the level of education and the size of the business on profit growth either partially or simultaneously. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of education level and business size on profit growth either partially or simultaneously. This type of research uses quantitative research. With a population of 64 UMKM for stove crafts in Braja Luhur Village, Braja Selebah District, East Lampung Regency. The sample used is 40 UMKM with simple random sampling. The type of data used is primary data, with the data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that the level of education and the size of the business have a simultaneous effect on profit growth because the significant value is below 0.05, namely 0.000 (sig < 0.05). These results indicate that the level of education and the size of the business are very important factors that determine the level of increase in profit growth. Meanwhile, from a sharia accounting perspective, UMKM for stove crafts in Braja Luhur Village have implemented sharia accounting principles, namely the principle of responsibility, the principle of justice and the principle of truth.
