Abstract

ABSTRAK Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah menjadi faktor yang dominan dalam menciptakan iklim sekolah yang kondusif salah satunya dengan mengelola konflik dengan baik. Kemampuan kepala sekolah sebagai pimpinan dalam mengelola setiap konflik dan mampu menjadikan konflik sebagai peluang untuk maju adalah kompetensi yang harus dikembangkan. Faktanya, banyak kepala sekolah yang belum memiliki kapasitas yang baik dalam menyelesaikan konflik di sekolah. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model manajemen konflik berbasis profetik sebagai literasi, edukasi, dan habituasi oleh kepala sekolah dalam mengelola konflik di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) model ADDIE. Validator penelitian adalah ahli bahasa, ahli materi, dan ahli desain pembelajaran untuk menvalidasi produk penelitian, dan responden yaitu: kepala SMA PGRI Kota Metro, SMA Ma’arif 1 Kota Metro, dan SMA Muhammadiyah 02 Kota Metro. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala likert, dan data di analisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yaitu: 1. Mengembangkan model manajemen konflik berbasis profetik dilakukan melalui tahapan analisis analisis karaktersitik sekolah, analisis masalah ,analisis pelaksanaan manajemen konflik, serta analisis kebutuhan kepala sekolah dalam menyelesaikan konflik, kemudian tahapan desain draft model manajemen konflik profetik, tahapan mengembangkan model manajemen konflik berbasis profetik dan produk penelitian, tahapan impelementasi yang meliputi kegiatan uji kelayakan, dan kegiatan focus group discussion, dan terakhir adalah tahapan evaluasi terhadap produk model manajemen konflik profetik 2) Kelayakan model manajemen konflik berbasis profetik secara teoritis berada pada kategori sangat layak, 3. Respon kebergunaan produk model manajemen konflik profetik oleh responden berada pada kategori sangat baik. Novelty penelitian yaitu model manajemen konflik berbasis profetik adalah erangkaian proses yang dilakukan untuk menyelesaian konflik dengan cara membatasi aspek negatif dan menaikkan aspek positif dari konflik melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dengan menginternalisasikan karakter Shidiq, Amanah, Fatonah, dan Tabligh serta prinsip Amar Ma’ruf, Nahi Munkar dan Ketauhidan dalam upaya terwujudnya hikmah dan ihsan bagi para pihak-pihak yang berkonflik. The principal ability as a leader to manage every conflict and to make conflict an opportunity to progress is a competency that must be developed. In fact, many school principals don’t have a good capacity to resolve conflicts in schools. This research aims to develop a model of conflict management based prophetic as literacy, education, and habituation by school principals to manage conflict in schools. The research method is research and development (R&D) with ADDIE. Research validators are linguists, materials experts, and learning design experts to validate research products, and the respondents are: the principal Senior High School of PGRI Metro, Senior High School of Ma'arif 1 Metro, and Senior High School of Muhammadiyah 02 Metro. The data collection used a Likert scale and the data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively descriptively. The results of the research are: 1. Developing conflict management model based prophetic is carried out through the following stages:analysis of school characteristics, analisys of problem, analysis of the implementation of conflict management, as well as analysis of the needs of school principals in resolving conflicts, then the design stages of draft conflict management model based prophetic, stages of developing conflict management models based of prophetic and research products as modules, implementation stages which include feasibility test activities, and focus group discussion activities, and the last is the evaluation stage of the product of the conflict management model based prophetic 2)The theoretical feasibility of the prophetic-based conflict management model is in the very feasible category, 3. The respondents' response to the usefulness of the prophetic conflict management model product is in the very good category. Novelty research that is conflict management model -based prophetic is steps of processes carried out to resolve conflicts by limiting negative aspects and increasing positive aspects of conflict through planning, implementation, and evaluation stages by internalizing the characters of Shidiq, Amanah, Fatonah, and Tabligh as well as the principles of Amar Ma 'ruf, Nahi Munkar and Unity in an effort to realize wisdom and ihsan for the parties to the conflict. Key word: conflik management, prophetic ix نبذة مختصرة قيادة المدير هي العامل المهيمن في خلق مناخ مدرسي موات ، أحد هذه العوامل هو إدارة الصراع بشكل جيد. إن قدرة المدير كقائد في إدارة كل صراع والقدرة على جعل الصراع فرصة للتقدم هي الكفاءة التي يجب تطويرها. في الواقع ، لا يمتلك العديد من مديري المدارس بعد القدرة الجيدة على حل النزاعات في المدارس. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تطوير نموذج نبوي لإدارة الصراع مثل محو الأمية والتعليم والتعود من قبل مديري المدارس على إدارة الصراع في المدارس. أسلوب البحث المستخدم هو نموذج ADDIE للبحث والتطوير. المدققون في البحث هم لغويون وخبراء مواد وخبراء في تصميم التعلم للتحقق من صحة المنتجات البحثية ، والمشاركين هم: SMA Muhammadiyah 02 و Kota Metro 1 SMA Ma'arif و SMA PGRI Metro City مدير Metro Kota .استخدمت تقنية جمع البيانات استبيان مقياس ليكرت ، وتم تحليل البيانات نوعيا وكميا. ونتائج البحث هي: 1 .يتم تطوير نموذج نبوي لإدارة الصراع من خلال المراحل التالية:تحليل خصائص المدرسة ، تحليل المشكلة ، تحليل تنفيذ إدارة الصراع ، وكذلك تحليل احتياجات مديري المدارس في حل النزاعات ، ثم مراحل تصميم مسودات نموذج إدارة الصراع النبوي ، ومراحل تطوير إدارة الصراع على أساس نبوي النماذج والمنتجات البحثية ، ومراحل التنفيذ التي تشمل أنشطة اختبار الجدوى ، وأنشطة المناقشة الجماعية المركزة ، والأخيرة هي مرحلة التقييم لمنتج نموذج إدارة الصراع النبوي )2 إن الجدوى النظرية لنموذج إدارة الصراع المبني على النبوة تقع في فئة جدوى ، 3 .استجابة المستجيبين لفائدة منتج نموذج إدارة الصراع النبوي في فئة جيدة جدًا. ً البحث المبتكر الذي يعتبر نموذج ً ا نبويا لإدارة الصراع هو سلسلة من العمليات التي يتم تنفيذها لحل النزاعات عن طريق الحد من الجوانب السلبية وزيادة الجوانب الإيجابية للصراع من خلال مراحل التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقييم من خلال استيعاب شخصيات الشقيق والأمانة وفتونة و. التبليغ ومبادئ عمار معروف وناهي منكر والوحدة في محاولة لتحقيق الحكمة والإحسان لأطراف النزاع.
