Abstract
ABSTRAK Senam irama adalah bentuk gerakan yang menekankan pada mata irama, di iringi music atau lagu, hitungan bahkan ketukan dengan gerakan langkah kaki, ayunan lengan, tahap gerakan, dan akhir gerakan. Contoh gerakan senam kepada anak mulai dari gerakan pemanasan, gerakan inti dan gerakan pendingin. Anak masih kesulitan dalam menggerakan tubuh secara lentur seperti senam, gerak dan lagu. Selain itu juga karena anak masih terlihat malu dan ragu dalam mengeksplorasi gerak, anak belum dapat mengkoordinasikan gerakan mata, kaki, tangan dengan baik, anak masih bingung dengan konsep arah seperti kanan-kiri. Kurang optimalnya kemampuan kinestetik anak juga terlihat pada saat anak melakukan aktivitas bermain di halaman sekolah. Mereka terlihat jarang memainkan wahana permainan yang ada di sekolah yang membutuhkan aktivitas fisik motorik seperti menjaga keseimbangan tubuh dan kekuatan kaki di papan titihan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan senam irama dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan kinestetik pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Raudlatul ulum Bunga Mayang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni jenis penelitian studi kasus. Jenis penelitian studi kasus disini peneliti menggunakan observasi dan wawancara sebagai acuan penelitinya. Observasi dan wawancara dilakukan untuk tujuan peneliti memperoleh informasi dari narasumber yang terpercaya. Di lakukan di RA Raudlatul Ulul Bunga Mayang Lampung Utara, kelompok B1 yang berjumlah 23 peserta didik, yang terdiri dari 14 laki-laki dan 9 perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan senam irama dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan kinestetik dapat berkembang baik. Hal ini di klasifikasikan dalam menetapkan jadwal di RA Raudlatul Ulum Bunga Mayang jadwal kegiatan dua kali dalam sebulan dan memakai baju olahraga dari rumah, menetapkan lagu dan tema sesuai umur anak usia dini, dengan lagu anak-anak dan gerakan-gerakan dasar yang mudah diikuti, dan menggunakan alat soundsystem agar anak dapat mendengar lagu dan music dengan jelas, dan anak dapat iii terangsang bergerak mengikuti guru di depan. Kemudian menetapkan rancangan langkah-langkah kegiatan, pertama-tama para guru menyiapkan barisan anak-anak antara laki-laki dan perempuan di pisah, mengajak tepuk semangat untuk merangsang semangat anak, kemudia pemanasan terlebih dahulu sebelum memulai senam, setelah itu melakukan gerakan senam, setelah selali pendinginan setalh senam agar tidak kram. Untuk penilaian yang di lakukan RA Raudlatul Ulum Bunga Mayang juga sudah optimal dengan mengulangi senam irama dan memperhatikan gerak anak-anak, serta seberapa lincah dan hafal anak dengan lagu yang di putar. Kecerdasan kinestetik yang sudah maksimal dengan senam irama di RA Raudlatul Ulum Bunga Mayang antara lain: melakukan gerakan fisik dengan aturan serta terampil dalam menggunakan tangan kanan-kiri. Sedangkan kecerdasan kinestetik yang belum maksimal yakni belum terkoordinasi dalam melakukan gerakan tubuh dan gerakan mata-kaki-tangan-kepada saat melakukan senam irama. Examples of gymnastic movements for children ranging from warm-up movements, core movements and cooling movements. Children still have difficulty in moving their bodies flexibly such as gymnastics, movements and songs. In addition, because the child still looks shy and hesitant in exploring motion, the child has not been able to coordinate the movements of the eyes, feet, hands well, the child is still confused with the concept of direction such as right�left. Less than optimal children's kinesthetic abilities are also seen when children play activities in the school yard. They seem to rarely play the games at school that require physical motor activities such as maintaining body balance and leg strength on the exercise board. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of rhythmic gymnastics in developing kinesthetic intelligence in children aged 5-6 years at RA Raudlatul Ulum Bunga Mayang. The research method used in this research is the type of case study research. This type of research is a case study where the researcher uses observation and interviews as a reference for the researcher. Observations and interviews were conducted for the purpose of researchers obtaining information from trusted sources. It was carried out at RA Raudlatul Ulul Bunga Mayang, North Lampung, group B1 with a total of 23 students, consisting of 14 males and 9 females. The results showed that the application of rhythmic gymnastics in developing kinesthetic intelligence could develop well. This is classified in setting a schedule at RA Raudlatul Ulum Bunga Mayang, a schedule of activities twice a month and wearing sports clothes from home, setting songs and themes according to the age of early childhood, with children's songs and basic movements that are easy to follow, and using a sound system so that children can hear songs and music clearly, and children can be stimulated to move to follow the v teacher in front. Then determine the design of the activity steps, first the teachers prepare a separate line of children between boys and girls, invite enthusiastic applause to stimulate the children's enthusiasm, then warm up first before starting the gymnastics, after that do the gymnastics movements, after always cool down after exercise so as not to cramp. For the assessment carried out by RA Raudlatul Ulum Bunga Mayang, it has also been optimal by repeating rhythmic gymnastics and paying attention to the children's movements, as well as how agile and memorized the children are with the songs being played. Kinesthetic intelligence that has been maximized with rhythmic gymnastics at RA Raudlatul Ulum Bunga Mayang includes: performing physical movements with rules and being skilled in using right and left hands. Meanwhile, the kinesthetic intelligence that has not been maximized is that it has not been coordinated in carrying out body movements and eye-foot-hand movements when doing rhythmic gymnastics.
