Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui value added capital employed, value added human capital, dan structural capital value added terhadap profitabilitas pada bank umum syariah di Indonesia periode 2015- 2020. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistika deskriptif yang merupakan statistik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dengan cara mendeksripsikan atau menggambarkan data yang telah terkumpul sebagaimana adanya tanpa bermaksud membuat kesimpulan yang berlaku untuk umum atau generalisasi, dan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel yang merupakan gabungan dari data time series dan data cross section yang akan mempunyai observasi lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan data cross section dan data time series saja. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti ini IC berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap variabel ROE dan ROA yang merupakan proksi dari profiabilitas BUS. Dengan kata lain, hasil regresi ini dianggap berlaku untuk semua perusahaan pada semua waktu. Dari hasil penelitian ini pengaruh value added capital employed, value added human capital, dan structural capital value berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap profitabiltas. Kata Kunci : Capital Employed, Human Capital, Intelletual Capital, Profitabilitas, Structural Capital ABSTRACT The study is aimed at the value added capital employed, value added human capital, dan structural capital value added, and the profitability of the sharia bank in 2015- 2020. Data analysis methods use descriptive statistika analysis that isa statistician that isa statistic used to analyze data by deducing or describing data that has been collected in accordance with reality without intended to make conclusions that apply to general or generalization, And using regression data analysis on the panel that represents a combination of time series data and cross section data that will have more observation than section cross and time series data alone. The results of the research conducted by the researcher IC have a positive but insignificant impact on roe and roa variables that are the proxies of bus capabilities. In other words, this regression result is deemed valid for all companies at all times. The value of capital gains, the value of human capital, and the resulting capital value have a positive but insignificant influence on profitabiltas.
