Abstract

ABSTRAK Untuk mempertahankan eksistensi sekolah tentu saja membutuhkan kinerja guru yang baik dan memerlukan budaya organisasi yang baik pula. Oleh karena itu penulis terdorong untuk melakukan penelitian adakah pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Mathla’ul Anwar Gisting Kabupaten Tanggamus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Mathla’ul Anwar Gisting Kabupaten Tanggamus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah Madrasah Aliyah Mathla’ul Anwar Gisting Kabupaten Tanggamus. Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 dengan jumlah responden 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Uji keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Adapun uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, uji linieritas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji korelasi, uji regresi linear sederhana, dan koefisien sederhana. Analisis hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi dengan kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Mathla’ul Anwar Gisting. Hasil ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.557 lebih besar dari rtabel sebesar 0.361. Budaya organisasi merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Mathla’ul Anwar Gisting. Dengan hasil yang didapatkan bahwa semakin tinggi nilai budaya organisasi yang dimiliki semakin tinggi pula kinerja guru. Sumbangan efektif diperoleh dari koefisien determinasi sebesar 31,1%. Maka dapat diartikan bahwa kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Mathla’ul Anwar Gisting ditentukan oleh budaya organisasi yang dimiliki oleh guru di Madrasah Aliyah Mathla’ul Anwar Gisting dan 68,9% ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi dengan kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Mathla’ul Anwar Gisting. Hipotesis tersebut sesuai dengan hasil penelitian yang membuktikan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi dengan kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Mathla’ul Anwar Gisting. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut menjelaskan bahwa budaya organisasi yang ada di sekolah tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai seorang guru atau pendidik. Therefore, the author is encouraged to conduct research on the effect of organizational culture on teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah Mathla 'ul Anwar Gisting, Tanggamus Regency. This study aims to find out the effect of organizational culture on teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah Mathla 'ul Anwar Gisting, Tanggamus Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The location of this research is Madrasah Aliyah Mathla 'ul Anwar Gisting, Tanggamus Regency. Academic Year 2021/2022 with a total of 30 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The validity test of the data used is a validity test and a reliability test. The analysis prerequisite test includes normality test, linearity test. Hypothesis test uses correlation test, simple linear regression test, and simple coefficient. The analysis of the results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between organizational culture and teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah Mathla 'ul Anwar Gisting. This result is indicated by a correlation coefficient value of 0.557 greater than the rtable of 0.361. Organizational culture is one of the factors that influence the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Mathla 'ul Anwar Gisting. With the results obtained, the higher the value of the organizational culture, the higher the teacher's performance. Effective contribution is obtained from the determination coefficient of 31.1%. Therefore, it can be interpreted that the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Mathla 'ul Anwar Gisting is determined by the organizational culture owned by teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Mathla 'ul Anwar Gisting and 68.9% is determined by other variables that are not described in this study. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a positive and significant effect between organizational culture and teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah Mathla 'ul Anwar Gisting. This hypothesis was in accordance with the results of research that proves a positive and significant effect between organizational culture and teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah Mathla 'ul Anwar Gisting.
