Abstract

ABSTRAK Motivasi adalah hal yang menyebabkan, menyalurkan, dan mendukung perilaku manusia, supaya mampu bekerja dengan giat dan antusias mencapai hasi yang optimis. Motivasi adalah tindakan sekelompok faktor yang menyebabkan individu berperilaku dalam cara-cara tertentu. Kedisiplinan Kerja adalah suatu bentuk ketaatan terhadap aturan, baik tertulis maupun tidak tertulis yang telah ditetapkan. Disiplin kerja harus ditumbuh kembangkan agar tumbuh pula ketertiban dan efisiensi. Kinerja Karyawan adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapaioleh seseorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan setiap tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang di berikan kepadanya Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan jumlah populasi 44 orang karyawan PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) Lampung Timur. Sampel yang digunakan 44 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data skunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji statistic deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) Lampung Timur, kedisiplinan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) Lampung Timur, motivasi dan kedisiplinan kerja dapat berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan dalam pandangan Islam setiap umat manusia diperintahkan untuk bekerja keras, sehingga menjadi umat yang mampu (kuat ekonominya). Allah SWT akan menampakkan dan memberikan balasan dari setiap amal perbuatan kelak di akhirat. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Kedisiplinan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT Motivation is the thing that causes, distributes, and supports human behavior, so that they are able to work diligently and enthusiastically to achieve optimistic results. Motivation is the action of a group of factors that cause individuals to behave in certain ways. Work Discipline is a form of obedience to the rules, both written and unwritten that have been determined. Work discipline must be cultivated in order to grow order and efficiency. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out each of his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him This type of research uses quantitative research. With a population of 44 employees of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) East Lampung. The sample used is 44 people. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with data collection methods using questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) East Lampung, work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) East Lampung, motivation and work discipline can simultaneously affect company performance. Employee performance in the view of Islam, every human being is ordered to work hard, so that they become a capable (economically strong) people. Allah SWT will show and give a reward for every good deed later in the hereafter. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.
