Abstract

ABSTRAK Cabai pelangi merupakan tanaman hias yang bisa dibudidayakan dalam pot dan berfungsi sebagai tanaman hias dalam ruangan dan luar ruangan. Cabai pelangi memiliki keunikan dibandingan cabai pada umumnya yaitu dari segi buahnya yang berwarna-warni yaitu ungu, putih, orange dan merah. Pemberian pupuk cair kasgot merupakan solusi untuk mengurangi penggunaan pupuk anorganik yang berlebihan karena adanya bahan organik yang dapat memperbaiki sifat fisika, kimia dan biologi tanah. Pupuk cair kasgot dapat menyuburkan tanah dan memperbaiki struktur dan tekstur tanah serta menghemat air sehingga cocok untuk pertumbuhan tanaman cabai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahuai efektivitas pupuk cair kasgot terhadap produktivitas cabai pelangi „Bolivian Rainbow‟ dan mengetahuai dosis pupuk cair kasgot yang paling efektif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas cabai pelangi „Bolivian Rainbow‟. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kampung Bengkulu Jaya, Kec. Gunung Labuhan, Kab. Way Kanan. Pendekatan yang digunakan kuantititatif dengan eksperimen. Menggunakan rancang acak lengkap (RAL) dengan berbagai konsentrasi yaitu P1(kontrol Negatif), P2 (5ml), P3 (10 ml), P4 (15 ml), P5 (20 ml) dan P6 (kontrol Positif 5 ml). Populasi yang digunakan cabai pelangi dan sampel yang digunakan 24 populasi cabai pelangi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa pada parameter waktu muncul bunga tercepat ada pada perlakuan P3 yaitu 31,7 hari dan bobot buah terbaik ada pada perlakuan P3 yaitu 17 gram. Sedangkan pada parameter tinggi tanaman terbaik menggunakan pupuk cair kasgot yaitu pada P4 30,5 cm, jumlah helai daun yang paling baik pada perlakuan P3 dan P4 yaitu 25,2 helai dan jumlah cabang produktif yang terbaik yaitu P3 yaitu 12 cabang. Pemberian pupuk cair kasgot terhadap produktivitas cabai pelangi ‘Bolivian Rainbow’ memberikan pengaruh penggunaan pupuk cair kagot pada parameter waktu muncul bunga dan bobot buah.Konsentrasi pupuk cari kasgot yang optimum untuk produktivitas cabai pelangi ‘Bolivian Rainbow’ adalah perlakuan P2 dan P3 yaitu 5 ml dan 10ml. Waktu muncul bunga terbaik adalah nilai rata-rata 31,7 hari dan berat buah dengan nilai rata-rata tertinggi 17 gram. Giving kasgot liquid fertilizer is a solution to reduce fertilizer use. excessive inorganic due to the presence of organic matter that can be. improving the physical chemical and biological properties of the soil, KAS got liquid fertilizer can fertilize the soil and improve the structure and texture of the soil and save water so that it is suitable for the growth of chili plants. The purpose of. this study is to determine the effectiveness of kasgot liquid fertilizer on the productivity of Bolivian Rainbow chili and determine the dose of sait kasgot fertilizer that is most effective in increasing the productivity of sabai pelangi. Bolivian Rainbow This research was conducted in Kampung Bengkulu Jaya District. Mount Labuhan, Kab. Right Way, the approach used quantitatively with experiments, using complete random design (RAL) with various concentrations of negative Picontrol), P2 (5ml), P3 (10 ml), P4 (15 ml), P5 (20 ml) and P6 (positive control 5 ml). Population used rainbow chili and sample used 24 Rainbow chili population The results obtained showed that on the parameters of time the fastest flowers appear on the P3 treatment is 31.7 days and the best fruit weight is on the P3 treatment is 17 grams. While the best plant height parameters using kasgot liquid fertilizer is at P4 30.5 cm, the best number of leaves in the treatment of P3 and P4 is 25.2 strands and the best number of productive branches is P3, which is 12 branches.
