Abstract

ABSTRACT Production costs are an important and very decisive factor to be able to start and develop a business. Land is the main thing in farming. The larger the land area, the greater the productivity produced. Tomato farmers in Seblat Village, Sukau District, West Lampung Regency sometimes experience a lack of funds because agricultural equipment has increased prices such as expensive fertilizers and seeds. Sometimes the selling price at the time of harvest decreases so that farmers are threatened with losses while farmers have to think about the next tomato planting period so that the selling price of tomato farming can affect the income of tomato farmers. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether production costs, land area and selling prices have a partial effect on the income of vegetable farmers during the covid-19 pandemic in Seblat Village, Sukau District, West Lampung Regency, whether production costs, land area and selling prices have a simultaneous effect on income. Vegetable farmers during the covid-19 pandemic in Seblat Village, Sukau District, West Lampung Regency, How is the sharia economic review regarding the effect of production costs, land area, and selling prices on the income of vegetable farmers during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Seblat Village, Sukau District, West Lampung Regency. This study aims to determine whether production costs, land area, and selling prices partially affect the income of vegetable farmers during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Seblat Village, Sukau District, West Lampung Regency, to determine whether production costs, land area, and selling prices simultaneously affect on the income of vegetable farmers in during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Seblat Village, Sukau District, West Lampung Regency, to find out the sharia economic review regarding the effect of production costs, land area, and selling prices on the income of vegetable farmers during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Seblat Village, Sukau District, West Lampung Regency. This study uses quantitative research methods. With the technique of data collection is done using a questionnaire. The sample used was total sampling with a sample of 44 tomato farmers and the data analysis of this study used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 20 program. Overall, the results of the analysis can be concluded that partially the variable cost of production (X1) and the variable selling price (X3) have a significant influence on the income of vegetable ii farmers during the covid-19 pandemic, and the variable area of land (X2) has no significant effect on income. vegetable farmers during the covid-19 pandemic and simultaneous analysis that production costs (X1), land area (X2) and selling prices (X3) together have a significant effect on income (Y). Because the value of Fcount > Ftable or 12.127 > 2.83 Meanwhile, R Square ( R² ) is 0.476. These results indicate that 47.6% indicate that the variable production costs (X1), land area (X2) and selling price (X3) have an effect on income (Y) by 47.6% while the remaining 52.4% value of income is influenced or explained. by other factors not examined in this study. In this case, both the production cost, land area and selling price are in accordance with the sharia economic view, namely the principle of monotheism, the principle of justice and the principle of responsibility. Keywords: Production Cost, Land Area, Selling Price, Income, Covid-19 Pandemic, Islamic Economy. iii ABSTRAK Biaya produksi merupakan faktor penting dan sangat menentukan untuk dapat memulai dan mengembangkan suatu usaha. Lahan merupakan hal utama dalam usaha tani. Semakin luas lahan maka semakin besar produktivitas yang dihasilkan. Petani tomat Desa Seblat Kecamatan Sukau Kabupaten Lampung Barat terkadang mengalami kekurangan biaya sebab peralatan pertanian mengalami kenaikan harga seperti pupuk dan bibit yang mahal. Terkadang harga jual pada saat masa panen tiba mengalami penurunan sehingga membuat petani terancam mengalami kerugian sedangkan petani harus memkirkan untuk masa tanam tomat selanjutnya sehingga harga jual dari hasil pertanian tomat ini dapat mempengaruhi pendapatan petani tomat. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah biaya produksi, luas lahan dan harga jual berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pendapatan petani sayur dimasa pandemi covid-19 di Desa Seblat Kecamatan Sukau Kabupaten Lampung Barat , apakah biaya produksi, luas lahan dan harga jual berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pendapatan petani sayur dimasa pandemi covid-19 di Desa Seblat Kecamatan Sukau Kabupaten Lampung Barat, Bagaimana tinjauan ekonomi syariah mengenai pengaruh biaya produksi, luas lahan, dan harga jual terhadap pendapatan petani sayur dimasa Pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Seblat Kecamatan Sukau Kabupaten Lampung Barat Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah biaya produksi, luas lahan, dan harga jual secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani sayur dimasa Pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Seblat Kecamatan Sukau Kabupaten Lampung Barat, untuk mengetahui apakah biaya produksi, luas lahan, dan harga jual secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani sayur dimasa Pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Seblat Kecamatan Sukau Kabupaten Lampung Barat, untuk Mengetahui tinjauan ekonomi syariah mengenai pengaruh biaya produksi, luas lahan, dan harga jual terhadap pendapatan petani sayur dimasa Pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Seblat Kecamatan Sukau Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan total sampling dengan sampel 44 petani tomat dan analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 20. Secara keseluruhan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa iv secara parsial variabel biaya produksi (X1) dan variabel harga jual (X3) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani sayur dimasa pandemi covid-19, dan variabel luas lahan (X2) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani sayur dimasa pandemi covid-19 Dan analisis secara simultan bahwa biaya produksi ( X1 ), luas lahan ( X2 ) dan harga jual ( X3 ) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan ( Y ) . Karena nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau 12,127 > 2.83 Sedangkan, R Square ( R² ) adalah 0,476. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa 47,6% menunjukan bahwa variabel biaya produksi ( X1 ), luas lahan ( X2 ) dan harga jual ( X3 ) berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan ( Y ) sebesar 47,6% sedangkan sisanya 52,4% nilai pendapatan dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dalam hal ini baik dari biaya produksi, luas lahan dan harga jual sudah sesuai dengan pandangan ekonomi syariah yaitu prinsip tauhid, prinsip keadilan dan prinsip tanggung jawab.
