Abstract

ABSTRAK Bunda Mandiri Sejahtera ( BISA) adalah usaha yatim mandiri mensejahterakan keluarga anak yatim melalui bundanya. Program ini berupa pembinaan pelatihan usaha dan pembinaan keislaman serta pemberdayaan ekonomi berupa pemberian modal usaha dalam bentuk pinjaman bergulir dengan menggunakan akad qard Al Hasan. dengan bantuan ini diharapkan para bunda yatim dapat memanfaatkan bantuan tersebut untuk meningkatkan usahanya, sehingga akan berdampak terhadap pengurangan kemiskinan serta kesenjangan sosial di masyarakat. seperti yang dikenal dalam islam, kemiskinan dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan instrumen zakat sebagaimana zakat adalah alat distribusi dan pemerataan kekayaan antara kelompok mampu pada kelompok kurang mampu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan On The Job training dan pengaruh pendistribusian dana zakat terhadap peningkatan usaha bunda BISA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, kusioner, serta wawancara yang terkumpul di analisi menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dengan menggunakan metode Spss for windows versi 22.0 Berdasarkan analisis regresi liner berganda diuji dengan menggunakan uji T untuk melihat pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil uji T pada pengaruh pelatihan on the job training terhadap peningkatan usaha bunda BISA diperoleh sebesar 2,391 > 2,051 (t-tabel) serta nilai signifikansi 0,024 < 0,05 dan hasil uji T pada pengaruh pendistribusian dana zakat berupa modal usaha terhadap peningkatan usaha bunda BISA mendapatkan hasil 2,481 > 2,051 (t-tabel) serta nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,020< 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini secara keseluruhan menujukan bahwa pelatihan on the job training dan distribusi zakat berupa modal usaha berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan usaha bunda BISA, hal ini dikarenakan semakin aktif bunda mustahiq mengikuti pelatihan maka akan semakin banyak ilmu yang didapat sehingga menunjang keberhasilan serta perkembangan usahanya, serta semakin tinggi modal usaha yang diberikan yatim mandiri maka akan semakin berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan bunda mustahiq sehingga usahanya mengalami peningkatan. This program is in the form of business training and Islamic coaching as well as economic empowerment in the form of providing business capital in the form of revolving loans using the Al Hasan qard contract. With this assistance, it is hoped that orphaned mothers can take advantage of this assistance to increase their business, so that it will have an impact on reducing poverty and social inequality in society. As it is known in Islam, poverty can be overcome by using zakat instruments as zakat is a means of distribution and equity of wealth between wealthy groups and disadvantaged groups. This study aims to determine the effect of On The Job training and the effect of the distribution of zakat funds on increasing the business of BISA mothers. This study uses quantitative methods, data collection uses documentation, questionnaires, and interviews collected in the analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. By using the method Spss for windows version 22.0 Based on multiple linear regression analysis, it was tested using the T test to see the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the T test on the effect of on the job training on increasing the business of BISA mothers were obtained at 2.391 > 2.051 (t-table) and a significance value of 0.024 < 0.05 and the results of the T test on the effect of distributing zakat funds in the form of business capital to the increase in the business of BISA mothers. get the results of 2.481 > 2.051 (t-table) and a significance value of 0.020 < 0.05. The results of this study as a whole indicate that on the job training and distribution of zakat in the form of business capital have an effect and significantly on increasing the business of BISA, this is because the more active Mustahiq participates in the training, the more knowledge will be gained so as to support the success and development of his business. and the higher the business capital provided by independent orphans, the more it will affect the income of mustahiq mother so that her business has increased.
