Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Total Quality Management di SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan total quality management berdasarkan model deming yang terdiri dari plan, do, check, and act sehingga memiliki 4 rumusan masalah yaitu Bagaimana perencanaani Total Quality Management pada standar proses di SMA Al – Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung tahun ajaran 2021/2022? , Bagaimana pelaksanaan Total Quality Management pada standar proses di SMA Al – Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung tahun ajaran 2021/2022? , Bagaimana evaluasi Total Quality Management pada standar proses di SMA Al – Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung tahun ajaran 2021/2022? , Bagaimana tindak lanjut Total Quality Management pada standar proses di SMA Al – Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung tahun ajaran 2021/2022? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penggunaan metode deskriptif dipakai karena, lebih mudah mengadakan penyesuaian menggunakan fenomena yang berdimensi ganda, lebih mudah menyajikan secara langsung hakikat interaksi antara peneliti & subjek penelitian. Sumber data primer yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti adalah Kepala Sekolah, Waka Kurikulum, dan Guru di SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder berupa bahan pustaka, literatur, penelitian terdahulu, buku, dan lain sebagainya. Dalam melakukan pengumpulan data penelitian kualitatif peneliti menggunakan Teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan penentuan keabsahan data melalui metode triangulasi sumber dan Teknik analisis data dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Implementasi Total Quality Management pada standar proses di SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung telah di lakukan dengan baik hal ini di buktikan dengan hasil penelitian yaitu: 1. Perencanaan pembelajaran di SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar lampung telah mengacu pada silabus yang telah di kembangkan, mengarah pada pencapaian kompetensi , dan mendapatkan evaluasi dari kepala sekolah dan pengawas sekolah, 2. Pelaksanaan total quality pada standar proses di SMA Al- Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung telah berjalan dengan baik, hal ini dibuktikan dengan kemampuan sekolah dalam membentuk rombongan belajar iv dengan jumlah siswa sesuai ketentuan , mengarah pada penggunaan pendekatan ilmiah, melakukan pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi, memberikan pembelajaran terpadu, melaksanakan pembelajaran menuju pada keterampilan aplikatif, mengakui atas perbedaan individual dan latar belakang budaya siswa , menerapkan metode pembelajaran sesuai karakteristik siswa, dan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pembelajaran, 3. Evaluasi total quality pada standar proses di SMA Al- Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung telah berjalan dengan baik, hal ini di buktikan dengan melakukan pemantauan proses pembelajaran dan melakukan supervisi proses pembelajaran kepada guru, 4. Tindak lanjut total quality pada standar proses di SMA Al- Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung telah berjalan dengan baik, hal ini di buktikan dengan melakukan penilaian otentik secara komprehensif dan menindaklanjuti hasil pengawasan proses pembelajaran. Kata Kunci : Total Quality Management, Kepala Sekolah, Standar Proses v ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the implementation of Total Quality Management at SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung. This study uses a total quality management approach based on the Deming model which consists of plan, do, check, and act so that it has 4 problem formulations, namely How to plan Total Quality Management on the standard process at SMA Al - Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung for the academic year 2021/2022? , How is the implementation of Total Quality Management on process standards at SMA Al - Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung for the academic year 2021/2022? , How is the evaluation of Total Quality Management on the standard process at SMA Al - Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung for the academic year 2021/2022? , How is the follow-up of Total Quality Management on process standards at SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung for the academic year 2021/2022? The descriptive method is utilized in this study with a qualitative approach because it is simpler to adapt multiple�dimensional phenomena and to directly show the nature of the researcher-research subject relationship. The Principal, Deputy Head of Curriculum, and Teachers at SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung were the researchers' primary data sources. Secondary data sources include library materials, literature, previous research, books, and other similar sources. Researchers employed interview, observation, and documentation approaches to acquire qualitative research data and used source triangulation methods and data analysis techniques such as data reduction, data presentation, and data verification to assess the quality of the data. The study's findings revealed that the application of Total Quality Management in the standard process at SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung went smoothly, as evidenced by the following: 1. At SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung, learning planning refers to the curriculum that has been prepared, which leads to competency and is evaluated by the principal and school supervisor. 2. At SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung, the implementation of total quality in the standard process has gone well, as evidenced by the school's ability to form study groups with the appropriate number of students in accordance with the provisions, leading to the use of a scientific approach, vi conducting competency-based learning, providing integrated learning, implementing learning toward applicative skills, acknowledging individual differences and students' cultural backgrounds. 3. The evaluation of the whole quality of the standard process at SMA Al�Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung has been successful, as evidenced by the monitoring and supervision of the learning process by instructors. 4. Comprehensive follow-up Quality on the standard process has been good at SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung, as evidenced by a comprehensive genuine evaluation and follow-up on the findings of the learning process monitoring.
