Abstract

ABSTRAK Telaah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perkembangan Ilmu Biologi, serta mengetahui manfaat Belajar ilmu Biologi berdasarkan pandangan islam, dan mengetahui Hukum Transplantasi organ menurut Islam. Sejarah perkembangan ilmu biologi diperoleh dari situs Assriya dan Babilonia 3500 SM yang menunjukan telah melakukan aktivitas bercocok tanam dan menerapkan ilmu pengobatan. Sedangkan Hukum transplantasi menurut MUI terdapat 3 yaitu : Transplantasi organ tubuh dalam keadaan sehat (Hukumnya Haram), Transplantsi organ tubuh dlam keadaan koma (Hukumnya Haram diibaratkan dengan mendahului kehendak allah Swt), dan Transplantasi organ tubuh dalam keadaan Telah meninggal (Hukumnya mubah, dengan syarat dalam keadaan darurat dan sudah berobat secara optimal serta pihak keluarga sudah memberikan persetujuan). Kata kunci : Perkembangan Ilmu Biologi, Telaah Islam Biologi, dan Hukum Transplantasi iii ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the Development of Biological Sciences, as well as to find out the benefits of studying Biology based on Islamic views, and to know the Law of Organ Transplantation according to Islam. The history of the development of biological sciences is obtained from the Assriya and Babylonian sites 3500 BC which shows that they have carried out farming activities and applied medical science. According to the MUI, there are 3 transplant laws, namely: transplantation of organs in a healthy condition (the law is Haram), transplantation of organs in a coma (the law is Haram is likened to precede the will of Allah SWT), and transplantation of organs in a state of death (the law is permissible, on condition that in an emergency and has been treated optimally and the family has given consent).
