Abstract

ABSTRAK Telaah Islam dan Genetika Oleh : Anisatul Mutoharoh UIN Raden Intan Lampung Telaah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejarah penciptaan manusia, mengetahui sejarah perkembangan genetika. Tulisan ini ditujukan untuk menelaah ilmu-ilmu islam yang sangat mungkin diintergrasikan dengan sains melalui praktik Pendidikan islam. Hal itu dilakukan agar islam Kembali concern dengan visi sains. Sejarah penciptaan manusia didalam kitab suci, umat islam menumakan sumber pada ayat al-quran dan hadist. Bahwa manusia diciptakan dari tanah liat, tembikir, sari pati tanah, sari pati air yang hina, air yang tertumpah dan mani yang terpencar. Sedangkan genetika menurut Groger Mendel tentang ciri-ciri faktor keturunan yang ditentukan oleh unit dasar yang diwariskan dari generasi 1 ke generasi selanjutnya. Penyimpangan menurut kaidah islam dapat diterapkan pada berbagai unsur seperti bioteknologi untuk keperluan pertanian dan yang terbaru adalah cloning pada manusia dan hewan. Dan melakukan rekayasa genetika dengan mengubah dan merekayasa sel kromosom terhadap tumbuhan, Hewan dan mikroba hukumnya adalah mubah. Kata kunci : Sejarah Penciptaan Manusia, Genetika, Hukum Islam This study aims to determine the history of human creation, to know the history of genetic development. This paper is intended to examine the Islamic sciences which are very likely to be integrated with science through the practice of Islamic education. This is done so that Islam returns to concern with the vision of science. The history of human creation in the holy book, Muslims put the source on the verses of the Qur'an and hadith. That man was created from clay, pottery, the essence of the earth, the essence of despised water, spilled water and scattered semen. iv Meanwhile, according to Groger Mendel genetics, the characteristics of heredity are determined by the basic units that are passed down from generation 1 to the next generation. Deviations according to Islamic rules can be applied to various elements such as biotechnology for agricultural purposes and the latest is cloning in humans and animals. And doing genetic engineering by changing and modifying cell chromosomes against plants, animals and microbes is legally permissible. Keywords: History of Human Creation, Genetics, Islamic Law
