Abstract

ABSTRAK Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah merupakan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh seseorang untuk mendorong, menggerakkan, mengarahkan dan membimbing guru, staf, siswa, orang tua siswa dan pihak lainnya yang berkaitan sekaligus mempengaruhi pola pikir, cara kerja setiap anggota agar bersikap mandiri dalam bekerja terutama dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk kepentingan percepatan pencapaian tujuan yangitelah ditetapkan. Dalam dunia kependidikan kinerja guru sebagai tenaga pendidik merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan tujuan pendidikan. Profesionalitas seorang guru akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pendidik yang menyangkut seluruh aktivitas yang dilakukannya dalam mengemban amanat dan tanggung jawabnya dalam mendidik, mengajar dan membimbing, mengarahkan dan mendorong siswa dalam mencapai tingkat kedewaasaan dan kematangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik di MAN 2 Bandar iLampung. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang mencari hubungan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MAN 2 Bandar Lampung, dengan jumlah populasi 60 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket/kuesioner yang dibagikan ke seluruh jumlah populasi. Uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dilakukan menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Teknik analisis datanya yaitu menggunakan analisis korelasi sederhana (product imoment). Uji prasayarat analisis dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji liniearitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik di MAN 2 Bandar Lampung dengan nilai korelasi koefisien 0,918 yang berarti hubungan tersebut dinyatakan positif. Dari data tabel Product Moment untuk n=60 pada taraf signifikan 5% diketahui rtabel = 0,254 dan rhitung = 0,928 sehingga rhitung > rtabel, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima atau ada pengaruh antara variabel X terhadap variabel Y. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik di MAN 2 Bandar Lampung. Kata iKunci i: iKepemimpinan iKepala iMadrasah, iKinerja iTenaga iPendidik iv ABSTRACT Basically leadership is the ability possessed by a person to encourage, move, direct and guide as well as influence the mindset, the way each member works so that they are independent in their work, especially in making decisions for the sake of accelerating the achievement of the goals that have been set. In the world of education in madrasas, those who play an important role in determining the quality of education are the principal and teachers. Teachers as education personnel are one of the determining factors for the success of educational goals because teachers are directly in icontact with students to provide guidance that will produce the expected graduates. The professionalism of a teacher will greatly affect the performance of educators regarding all the activities they carry out in carrying out their mandate and responsibilities in educating, teaching and guiding, directing and encouraging students to reach maturity and maturity levels. This study aims to determine the influence of madrasa principal leadership on the performance of educators at MAN 2 Bandar Lampung. This research was a type of quantitative research that looks for the relationship between variable X and variable Y. This research was conducted at MAN 2 Bandar iLampung, with a total population of 60 people. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire which was distributed to the entire population. The validity and reliability tests were carried out using the Cronbach Alpha formula. The data analysis technique is using simple correlation analysis (product moment). Prerequisite analysis test in this study consisted of normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test. The results of this study indicate that there was a positive and significant influence between the leadership of the madrasa principal on the performance of educators at MAN 2 Bandar iLampung with a icorrelation coefficient of 0.918 which means the relationship is declared positive. From the Product Moment table data for n = 60 at a significant level of 5%, it is known that rtable = 0.254 and rcount = i0.928 so that rcount > rtable, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted or there is an influence between variable X on variable Y. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect There is a significant relationship between the leadership of ithe madrasa head on the performance of the teaching staff at MAN 2 Bandar Lampung.
