Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a research development or Research and Development (R&D) which aims to produce an E-Module based on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) which is declared valid and suitable for use as an additional reference book and gets interesting responses from students. This study uses the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The subjects of this study were students of class VII SMP Erlangga Kotaagung. The data collection instruments in this study were a validator assessment questionnaire of material experts and media experts, as well as a student ministry test response questionnaire. The results of the validation of material experts and media experts obtained a score of 3.72 and 3.91 with the "appropriate" category, and small and large groups obtained a score of 3.45 and 3.50 with each criterion "very interesting". Based on the results of expert validation and teaching tests based on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) on social arithmetic material, SMP/MTs students were declared valid and fit to be used as one of the E-Modules that can be used by students.
