Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemampuan penalaran matematis merupakan bagian dari kurikulum matematika yang sangat penting. Berdasarkan pra penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa SMP Ma’arif 8 Sendang Agung kurang mampu mengembangkan kemampuan penalaran matematis, sehingga dibutuhkan inovasi baru dalam pembelajaran matematika untuk mengembangkan kemampuan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran LAPS-Heuristic berbantuan software GeoGebra dan motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis quasy experiment design. Adapun populasi yang digunakan yaitu kelas VIII SMP Ma’arif 8 Sendang Agung tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang terdiri dari 5 kelas dan 4 kelas terpilih sebagai sampel melalui teknik acak kelas. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen angket dan instrumen soal posttest. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis variansi dua jalan sel tak sama, dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis hipotesis yang pertama nilai signifikansi = 0,00 < 0,05, sehingga H0A ditolak, hipotesis kedua nilai signifikansi = 0,00 < 0,05, sehingga H0B ditolak, hipotesis ketiga nilai signifikansi = 0,058 > 0,05 sehingga H0C diterima. Berdasarkan kajian teori dan perhitungan analisis dapat disimpulkan 1) terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran LAPS�Heuristic berbantuan terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis. 2) terdapat pengaruh pada kategori motivasi belajar tinggi, sedang, dan rendah terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis. 3) Tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis. Kata kunci: LAPS-Heuristic, software GeoGebra, motivasi belajar, kemampuan penalaran matematis. iii ABSTRACT Mathematical reasoning skills are a very important part of the mathematics curriculum. Based on the pre-study, it shows that the mathematical reasoning ability of the students of SMP Ma'arif 8 Sendang Agung is less able to develop mathematical reasoning abilities, so that new innovations in learning mathematics are needed to develop these abilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the LAPS-Heuristic learning model assisted by GeoGebra software and learning motivation on students' mathematical reasoning abilities. This research is a quantitative research type of quasi experiment design. The population used is class VIII of SMP Ma'arif 8 Sendang Agung for the academic year 2021/2022 which consists of 5 classes and 4 classes were selected as samples through a class random technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire instrument and a posttest instrument. Hypothesis testing using analysis of variance of two unequal cell paths, with a significance level of 5%. The results of the analysis of the first hypothesis, the significance value = 0.00 < 0.05, so that H0A is rejected, the second hypothesis is the significance value = 0.00 < 0.05, so that H0B is rejected, the third hypothesis is the significance value = 0.058 > 0.05 so that H0C is accepted. . Based on theoretical studies and analytical calculations, it can be concluded that 1) there is an influence of the LAPS-Heuristic-assisted learning model on mathematical reasoning abilities. 2) there is an influence on the categories of high, medium, and low learning motivation on mathematical reasoning abilities. 3) There is no interaction between the learning model and learning motivation on mathematical reasoning abilities.
