Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada penelitian ini penulis membahas tentangManajemen Produksi UMKM terhadap Produktivitas Usaha dalam Perspektif Manajemen Bisnis Syariah dengan memilih UMKM Kuralin Bag di Desa Walur Kecamatan Krui Selatan Kabupaten Pesisir Barat, yang mana UMKM tersebut memproduksi produk tas anyaman plastik yang unik. Bahan baku utamanya yaitu menggunakan Tali Plastik Jali Premium dan menggunakan peralatan yang masih sangat tradisional yaitu menggunakan cetakan kayu. Bagaimana Manjemen Produksi Usaha Mikro dan Menengah (UMKM) Kuralin Bag terhadap Produktivitas UsahaUMKM Kuralin Bag Di Desa Walur Kecamatan Krui Selatan Kabupaten Pesisir Barat dalam Persfektif Manajemen Bisnis Syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan atau yang disebut dengan Field Research. Selanjutnya pendekatan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan pendekatan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif.Subjek penelitian ini adalah pemilik UMKM Kuralin Bag, karyawan Kuralin Bag dan informan.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaManajemen Produksi UMKM sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan Produktivitas Usaha. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari proses pembuatan hingga pemasaran yang sudah efektif dan efisien. Sedangkan dalam Perspektif Manajemen Bisnis SyariahManajemen Produksi terhadap Produktivitas Usahasudah sepenuhnya sesuai dengan ajaran islam. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari pendidikan, sikap mental, motivasi dan pembagian gaji yang sudah sesuai dengan kesepakatan antara kedua belah pihak. Kata kunci : Manajemen Produksi, Produktivitas Usaha, Perspektif Manajemen Bisnis Syariah. ABSTRACT In this study, the author discusses MSME Production Management on Business Productivity in the Sharia Business Management Perspective by choosing the Kuralin Bag MSME in Walur Village, South Krui District, Pesisir Barat Regency, where the MSME produces unique plastic woven bag products. The main raw materials are using Premium Jali Plastic Ropes and using equipment that is still very traditional, namely using wood molds. How is the Production Management of Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Kuralin Bag on Business Productivity of Kuralin Bag SMEs in Walur Village, South Krui District, Pesisir Barat Regency in the Perspective of Sharia Business Management. The research method used is using a type of field research or what is called Field Research. The next approach in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this research are the owners of Kuralin Bag SMEs, Kuralin Bag employees and informants. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that MSME Production Management is very influential on increasing Business Productivity. This can be seen from the manufacturing process to marketing that has been effective and efficient. Meanwhile, in the Sharia Business Management Perspective, Production Management on Business Productivity is fully in accordance with Islamic teachings. This can be seen from education, mental attitude, motivation and salary distribution which is in accordance with the agreement between the two parties.
