Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya permasalahan peserta didik yang mengalami motivasi belajar rendah, yang mana terdapat di sekolah SMA N I Bnagunrejo, Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh konseling kelompok Teknik self management dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPA I SMA N I Bangunrejo, Lampung Tengah. jenis pendekatan kuantitatif pre-Exsperimen dengan menggunakan desain one group pre test post test desain. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variaabel bebas yaitu pengaruh konseling kelompok Teknik self management, serta variabel terikat yaitu motivasi belajar peserta didik, subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA I SMA N I Bangunrejo yang berjumlah 26 peserta didik, dengan sample sebanyak 6 peserta didik, instrument penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket motivasi belajar serta dalam analisis menggunakan beberapa tahap uji yaitu uji validitas, reabilitas, dan uji Wilcoxon signed rank, dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS Version 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada motivasi belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan layanan koseling kelompok Teknik self management. Dapat dilihat berdasarkan hasil nilai post-test yang dianalisis dan di uji menggunakan pendekatan uji Wilcoxon signed rank. Berdasarkan hasil output (Test Statistics), dapat dilihat bahwa Asymp.Sig. (2- tailed) bernilai 0,027, yang mana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari < 0,05 maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwasannya “Hipotesis Diterima”. Yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara hasil Motivasi belajar untuk Pre-Test dan Post Test, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya Terdapat pengaruh konseling kelompok Teknik self management terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPA I di SMA N I Bangunrejo. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of group counseling on self-management techniques in increasing the learning motivation of students in class XI IPA I at SMA N I Bangunrejo, Central Lampung. The variables in this study consisted of independent variables, namely the influence of group counseling on self-management techniques, as well as the dependent variable, namely the learning motivation of students, the research subjects were students of class XI IPA I SMA NI Bangunrejo totaling 26 students, with a sample of 6 students, instrument The research used was a learning motivation questionnaire and the analysis used several test stages, namely validity, reliability, and Wilcoxon signed rank tests, using the SPSS Version 25 tool. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect on students' learning motivation by using group counseling services. Self-management techniques. It can be seen based on the results of the post-test scores which were analyzed and tested using the Wilcoxon signed rank test approach. Based on the results of the output (Test Statistics), it can be seen that Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) has a value of 0.027, which value is smaller than <0.05, so it can be concluded that the "Hypothesis is Accepted". Which shows that there is a difference between the results of learning motivation for the Pre-Test and Post Test, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of group counseling on self�management techniques on the learning motivation of students in class XI IPA I at SMA N I Bangunrejo.
