Abstract

ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan Layanan Informasi Untuk Menentukan Pilihan Sekolah Lanjutan Pada Peserta Didik Kelas IX Di SMP Negeri 19 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021 Era pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) akibat pandemi Covid 19 ini menuntut guru bimbingan dan konseling Kelas IX di SMPN 19 Bandar Lampung untuk memberikan layanan bimbingan konseling secara Daring dengan optimal karena guru bimbingan dan konseling memiliki perananan penting dalam membantu peserta didik untuk mendapatkan informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik termasuk penyelesaian masalah yang dihadapi oleh peserta didik baik itu masalah pribadi, sosial, belajar dan karir. Di Dalam layanan bimbingan konseling terdapat salah satunya yakni layanan informasi yang menyajikan keterangan (informasi) tentang berbagai aspek kehidupan yang diperlukan individu seperti halnya sekolah-sekolah lanjutan. pemilihan sekolah lanjutan peserta didik merupakan suatu proses pencapaian untuk memenuhi tugas perkembangannya, melalui layanan informasi dengan tahapan yang tepat maka peserta didik akan mampu menentukan pilihan sekolah lanjutan sesuai dengan jurusan yang diminati serta sekolah yang diminati serta peserta didik mampu mengambil keputusan dengan tepat dan menunjukan cara-cara realistis untuk menggapai cita-cita merupakan langkah awal untuk menjalankan proses dengan baik di jenjang karir yang akan datang, Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, sajian data (data display), dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi.serta teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat tahapan�tahapan yang terjadi di dalam perencanaan pelaksanaan layanan informasi, pelaksanaan layanan informasi hingga tindak lanjut setelah pelaksanaan layanan informasi yakni dalam perencanaan layanan informasi terdapat tahap yakni identifikasi kebutuhan akan informasi bagi subjek peserta layanan, menetapkan materi informasi sebagai isi layanan, menetapkan subjek sasaran layanan, menetapkan narasumber, menyiapkan prosedur, perangkat dan media layanan, dan menyiapkan kelengkapan administrasi. Dan pada tahap pelaksanaan layanan informasi terdapat tiga tahap yakni mengorganisasikan kegiatan layanan, mengaktifkan peserta layanan, dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan metode dan media dengan tahapan-tahapan yang tepat iv maka menghasilkan peserta didik yang mampu menentukan pilihan sekolah lanjutan nya setelah pelaksanaan layanan tersebut berlangsung. Kata Kunci : Layanan Informasi, Sekolah Lanjutan v ABSTRACT Implementation of Information Services to Determine Advanced School Choices for Class IX Students at SMP Negeri 19 Bandar Lampung for the 2020/2021 Academic Year The era of distance learned (PJJ) due to the Covid 19 pandemic requires guidance and counseling teachers for Class IX at SMPN 19 Bandar Lampung to optimally provide online counseling and guidance services because guidance and counseling teachers have an important role in helped students to obtain information accorded to their needs. The needs of students include solved problems faced by students, both personal, social, learned and career problems. In the counseling guidance service there was one of them, namely information services that provide information (information) about various aspects of life that were needed by individuals such as high schools. The selection of students' secondary schools was an achievement process to fulfill their developmental tasks, through information services with the right stages, students will be able to determine the choice of secondary schools in accordance with the majors of interest and the schools of interest and students were able to make appropriate decisions and show how to Realistic ways to achieve goals were the first step to carry out the process well in the future career path, This type of research was a qualitative research, the data collection techniques of this research were in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data display (data display), and drawed conclusions or verification. As well as data validity techniques used technical triangulation. The results obtained in this study were that there were stages that occur in planned the implementation of information services, implemented information services to follow-up after the implementation of information services, namely in planned information services there were stages, namely identifyed the need for information for service participant subjects, determined material information as service content, determine service target subjects, determine resource persons, prepare procedures, tools and service media, and prepare administrative completeness. And at the information service implementation stage, there were three stages, namely organized service activities, activated service participants, and optimized the use of methods and media and there was a follow-up stage for the implementation of information serviceswith the right vi stages, it produces students who were able to determine their choice of secondary school after the implementation of the service takes place.
