Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran masa pandemi di MIT Muhammadiyah Kota Bandar Lampung sehingga bagaimana proses pembelajaran di MIT Muhamamdiyah Kota Bandar Lampung pada masa pandemi, Apasaja Bentuk Kesulitan yang dialami siswa pada masa pandemi, dan Bagaimana Peran Guru Dalam Mengatasi Kesulitan Belajar Siswa pada masa pandemi di MIT Muhammadiyah Kota Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran dimasa pandemi, untuk mengetahui bentuk kesulitan belajar yang dialami siswa, dan untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa pada masa pandemi. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Objek penelitian dengan 3 guru yaitu guru kelas 1, kelas 4 dan kelas 6 dimana guru tersebut perwakilan dari jenjang kelas rendah dan kelas tinggi dan sudah dapat mewakili guru yang sudah lama mengajar, guru yang lumayan lama mengajar, guru baru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran masa pandemi di MIT Muhammadiyah Kota Bandar Lampung dilaksanakan dengan dua sistem dalam 1 minggunya yaitu sistem daring dan sistem luring dengan di jadwal pembelajaran daring dilaksanakan untuk kelas rendah yaitu kelas 1 hari senin, rabu, dan jum’at sedangkan hari lainnya dilakukan oleh kelas tinggi yaitu kelas 4 dan 6.Bentuk kesulitan baik dalam pembelajaran daring rendahseperti: susah sinyal, lambat mengumpulkan tugas, perlu dampingan orang tua, menunggu mood belajar siswa. Kesulitan daring kelas tinggi seperti: sulit dalam memahami materi, kurang konsentrasi. Sedangkan bentuk kesulitan belajar luring lebih banyak ditemukan karena siswa sudah mengalami dampak saat belajar daring yang sudah terlalu lama seperti: sulit menulis, sulit membaca, lambat memahami materi, kurangnya minat dan motivasi belajar, kurangnya kemandirian belajar, kurangnya konsentrasi belajar, dan hasil belajar menurun.Guru sudah berusaha memerankan perannya saat belajar daring, tetapi guru lebih berusaha memaksimalkan perannya saat pembelajaran luring. Student Learning during the pandemic at MIT Muhammadiyah Bandar Lampung City. The purpose of this study is to determine the learning process during the pandemic, to determine the forms of learning difficulties experienced by students, and to determine the role of teachers in overcoming student learning difficulties during the pandemic. This research is a case study qualitative research. The object of the research with 3 teachers are grade 1, grade 4 and grade 6 teachers where the teachers are representatives of the low and high grade levels and have been able to represent teachers who have been teaching for a long time, teachers who have been teaching for a long time, and new teachers. The results of this study indicate that the learning process during the pandemic at MIT Muhammadiyah Bandar Lampung City is carried out with two systems in 1 week, namely the online system and the offline system, with the online learning schedule being carried out for lower classes, namely class 1 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday while the other day is carried out by the high class, namely grades 4 and 6. The forms of difficulties in online learning are low, such as: difficult signaling, slow to collect assignments, need parental assistance, waiting for students' learning mood. High grade online difficulties such as: difficulty in understanding the material, lack of concentration. While offline learning difficulties are more common because students have experienced the effects of prolonged online learning such as: difficulty writing, difficulty reading, slow to understand material, lack of interest and motivation to learn, lack of independence in learning, lack of concentration in learning, and decreased learning outcomes. . Teachers have tried to play their role when learning online, but teachers are trying to maximize their role when learning offline. Keywords: learning process, form of difficulty,and teacher's role
