Abstract

ABSTRAK Manajemen strategi dalam manajemen madrasah adalah suatu pendekatan yang sistematik dalam menyelanggarankan programnya untuk mencapai tujuan madrasah melalui manjemen strategi, diharapkan kepala madrasah mampu merumuskan dan menentukan strategi madrasah dengan tepat sehingga madrasah mampu mempertahankan eksitensinya dalam menyesuaikan serta melakukan perubahan yang diperlukan untuk mencapai efektifitas dan produktifitas madrasah. Formulasi Strategi meliputi : (1) Perumusan visi dan misi, (2) analisis linkungan internal dan lingkungan eksternal, (3) Analisis pilihan strategi dan kunci keberhasilan, (4) penetapan tujuan,sasaran dan strategi serta kondisi profesionalitas guru di MA nurul islam banjar wangi kotabumi lampung utara. Profesionalitas secara garis besar merupakan kata sifat yang berarti karakter kerja seseorang dalam menekuni profesinya atau juga kemampuan untuk bertindak secara profesional. Profesionalitas juga menyangkut perihal profesi atau keprofesian yang menyangkut kualitas sikap sang pemangku jabatan terhadap profesinya serta derajat pengetahuan dan keahlian yang mereka miliki untuk dapat melakukan tugas-tugasnya. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah dan guru pendidik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen strategi di madrasah MA nurul islam banjar wangi kotabumi lampung utara telah dilaksanakan oleh kepala madrasah selain itu kepala madrasah telah berupaya dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas guru yang ada di madrasah tersebut. Adapun kondisi profesionalitas guru di madrasah tersebut diukur dengan kualifikasi akademik, kompetensi (kompetensi pedagogic, kompetensi social, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi professional),sertifikat pendidikan. Dan hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat 6 guru yang sudah PPG atau dinyatakan guru professional, 9 guru yang belum PPG dan masih banyak guru yang mengajar tidak linier. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Strategi, Profesionalitas Guru iii ABSTRACT Strategic management in madrasah management is an approach that systematically in carrying out the program to achieve the goals of the madrasah Through strategic management, it is hoped that the head of madrasa is able to formulate and implement determine the appropriate madrasa strategy so that the madrasa is able to maintain existence in adapting and making the necessary changes to achieve effectiveness and productivity of madrasas. Strategy formulation includes: (1) Formulation of vision and mission, (2) analysis of internal environment and external environment, (3) Analysis of strategy choices and keys to success, (4) setting goals, objectives and strategies as well as the condition of teacher professionalism at MA Nurul Islam Banjar Wangi Kotabumi Lampung North. In general, professionalism is an adjective which means the character of one's workin pursuing his profession or also the ability to act professionally. Professionalism is also about the profession or professionalism concerning the quality of attitude the incumbent towards his profession and the degree of knowledge and expertise they possess have to do their job. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The informants in this study are the head of the madrasa, deputy head of the madrasa and teacher educators. Collection techniqueThe data was carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. Test The validity of the data used is source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that strategic management at the MA. Madrasah Nurul Islam, Banjar Wangi, Kotabumi, North Lampung, has been carried out by the head of madrasas, besides that, the head of the madrasa has made efforts to improve professionalism teachers in the madrasa. The condition of teacher professionalism in madrasas measured by academic qualifications, competencies (pedagogic competence, social competence, personality competence, professional competence), certificate education. And the results of this study are that there are 6 teachers who have PPG or declared professional teachers, 9 teachers who have not PPG and there are still many teachers whoteaching is not linear.
