Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana motivasi partisipasi tenaga kerja perempuan muslim dalam bekerja dipasar tempel Kecamatan Sukarame, bagaimana faktor-faktor partisipasi tenaga kerja perempuan muslim dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dipasar tempel Kecamatan Sukarame, bagaimana partisipasi tenaga kerja perempuan muslim dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam dipasar tempel Kecamatan Sukarame. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian mengenai motivasi partisipasi perempuan muslim dalam berkerja adalah motivasi Peran perempuan dalam bekerja adalah untuk membantu suami dalam memenuhui kebutuhan keluarga sebanyak 17 informan atau (63%), untuk diri sendiri dan anak-anak 6 informan atau (22%), fakfor pendidikan sebanyak 2 informan atau (7%), dan tidak memiliki ketrampilan khusus dalam bidang pekerjaan sebanyak 2 responden atau (7%). Sedangkan Fakfor-faktor partisipasi tenaga kerja muslim dikecamatan sukarem dalam bekerja adalah antara lain karena faktor modal, umur, tingkat pendidikan, lama bekerja, jumlah anak. Dan selanjutnya yaitu partisipasi tenaga kerja perempuan muslim di Kecamatan Sukarame dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam adalah partisipasi tenaga kerja perempuan muslim dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga sudah dapat diliat dari peran seorang perempuan (ibu rumah tangga di pasar tempel Kecamatan Sukarame) yang banyak membantu suami dalam perekonomian keluarga dan perempuan yang bekerja dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam tidaklah bertentangan dengan ketentuan-ketentuan yang telah diajarkan dalam ajaran ekonomi Islam, dimana seorang istri yang bekerja dianggap membantu suami dalam menafkahi anak-anak mereka dan semua hal tersebut tentu sudah mendapatkan izin dan restu dari suami sebelum melakukan kegiatan berdagang. And furthermore, the participation of Muslim women workers in the Sukarame district in the perspective of Islamic economics is the participation of Muslim women workers in increasing family income which can be seen from the role of a woman (a housewife in the outboard market of Sukarame District) who helps her husband a lot in the family economy and women who work in an Islamic economic perspective do not conflict with the provisions that have been taught in Islamic economics teachings, where a working wife is considered to help her husband in providing for their children and all of these things must have obtained permission and blessing from her husband before carrying out activities. trade.
