Abstract

ABSTRAK Rewad dan punishment merupakan suatu penghargaan yang diberikan kepada seseorang yang memiliki kelebihan. Biasanya rewad diberikan kepada orang yang memiliki prestasi, berprilaku baik, rajin, tekun dan lain-lain. Sedangkan punishment suatu hukuman atau ganjaran yang diberikan kepada seseorang yang melanggar aturan, etika kegiatan. Keduanya merupakan penghargaan tetapi hendaknya pemberian rewad dan punihment yang mendidik, membengun, bukan membuat anak minder , besar hati, takabur dan sombong. Rewad dan punihmnet berlaku disetiap intansi. Pada anak usia dini rewad dan punishmnet menjadi pegangan para guru dalam mengkondisikan anak dikelas pada setiap kegiatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana cara guru memberian rewad dan punishment dalam mengembangkan sosial emosional anak usia dini di kelas B1TK Vikri Kemiling Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan dsaind studi kasus (single case) kasus tunggal. Yang dimana penelitian ini dilaksanakan disatu sekolah namun melibatkan sumber data diantaranya yaitu guru kelas. Alasan peneliti hanya menggunakan 1sumber data karena guru yang melaksanakan sepenuhnya untuk pelaksanaan pemberian rewad dan punishment, oleh karena itu guru diambil sebagai subjek. Sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini pemeberian reward dan punishment dalam mengembangkan social emosional anak usia dini. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan wawancara,observasi, dan analisis dokument. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dari wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokument pemberian reward dan punishment dalam mengembangkan sosial emosional anak di kelas B1 TK Vikri Kemiling Bandar Lampung, dilihat dari cara guru memberikan rewad dan punishment dilakukan sudah di laksanakan sesuai dengan teori dan langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan dalam pemberian rewad dan punishment yaitu berupa pujian, penghormatan, hadiah, dan tanda penghargaan begitupun dengan punishment berupa isyarat, berupa kata dan perbuatan. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemberian rewad dan punishment dapat dijadikan salah satu alternatif bagi guru untuk mengembangkan sosial emosional anak usia dini. Usually rewad is given to people who have achievements, behave well, diligently, diligently and others. While punishment is a punishment or reward given to someone who violates the rules, ethics of activities. Both are awards but should be the giving of rewad and punihment that educates, makes, not makes children minder, big-hearted, arrogant and arrogant. Rewad and punihmnet occur in every diamond. In early childhood rewad and punishmnet become the handle of teachers in conditioning children in class at every activity. The purpose of this study is how teachers give rewad and punishment in developing early childhood social in class B1TK Vikri Kemiling Bandar Lampung. The method used in this study is qualitative with a single case study. Which is where this study was conducted in one school but involves data sources including classroom teachers. The reason researchers only use 1sumber of data is because the teacher who fully implements the implementation of rewad and punishment, therefore the teacher is taken as a subject. While the object in this study is the reward and punishment in developing social emotional early childhood. The data collection technique in this study is to use interviews, observations, and document analysis. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display and verification of conclusion withdrawal. The results showed that the reward and punishment in developing social emotional children in class B1 Kindergarten Vikri Kemiling Bandar Lampung, has developed optimally. Judging from the way teachers give rewad and punishment by providing explanations, directions and guidance well to children in accordance with the data and steps that must be done, by giving praise, gifts, respect and signs of appreciation and punishment in the form of signals, in the form of words and deeds. Thus, the results of research findings in the field show that the students have developed optimally, in view of children's social emotional indicators. This research shows that rewad and punishment can be used as an alternative for teachers to develop emotional social early childhood.
