Abstract

ABSTRAK Koperasi syariah memiliki peran dalam kesejahteraan dan perekonomian suatu Negara. Dengan hadirnya koperasi syariah, memberikan masyarakat khususnya bagi para pelaku bisnis dalam mewujudkan dan mengembangkan bisnis yang di rintis. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana analisis dampak kinerja koperasi syariah terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis dari dampak kinerja koperasi syariah terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam pada KSPPS BMT Assyafi’iyah Berkah Nasional Kecamatan Gadingrejo Kabupaten Pringsewu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sumber data berupa data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 125 orang masyarakat yang menjadi anggota KSPPS BMT Assyafi’iyah Gadingrejo, dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 56 orang. Untuk proses analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji hipotesis (uji t) dan koefisien determinasi dengan Dampak kinerja koperasi syariah X (independen) dan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat Y (dependen). Hasil analisis data dari uji t diperoleh bahwa variabel Dampak Kinerja Koperasi Syariah berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat karena nilai thitung > ttabel atau 4,930 > 2,00488 dan nilai signifikansi yang dihasilkan 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa variabel dampak kinerja koperasi syariah mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat dan menunjukkan bahwa KSPPS BMT Assyafi’iyah Gadingrejo dapat dikatakan baik dan memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya melalui kinerja koperasi syariah. Ditinjau dari perspektif ekonomi Islam bahwa sudah sepenuhnya tercapai lima unsur pokok maqashid menurut pendapat Asy-Syatibi yaitu hifz al-Din (menjaga agama), hifz al-nafz (menjaga jiwa), hifz al-„aql (menjaga akal), hifz al-nasl (menjaga keturunan), dan hifz al-mal (menjaga harta). Kata kunci: Kinerja Koperasi Syariah, Kesejahteraan, Ekonomi Islam. ABSTRACT Sharia cooperatives have a role in the welfare and economy of a country. With the presence of sharia cooperatives, providing the community, especially for business people in realizing and developing startup businesses. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to analyze the impact of sharia cooperative performance on the level of community welfare according to the Islamic economic perspective?. This research aims to find out the analysis of the impact of sharia cooperative performance on the level of community welfare according to the Islamic economic perspective on KSPPS BMT Assyafi'iyah National Blessings of Gadingrejo District pringsewu regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data source is primary data. Data collection techniques consist of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The population in this study was 125 people who were members of KSPPS BMT Assyafi'iyah Gadingrejo, and the sample used in this study was 56 people. For the process of data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test (test t) and coefficient of determination with impact of sharia cooperative performance X (independent) and community welfare level Y (dependent). The results of the data analysis from the t test obtained that the Sharia Cooperative Performance Impact variable had a significant effect in improving the welfare of the community because the value of thitung > ttabel or 4.930 > 2.00488 and the resulting significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion in this study is that the variable impact of sharia cooperative performance has a significant influence on the level of community welfare and of this study is to show that KSPPS BMT Assyafi’iyah Gadingrejo can be said to be good and have a positive impact on improving the welfare of its members through the performance of sharia cooperatives. From the perspective of Islamic economics, the five main elements of maqasid have been fully achieved according to Ash-Syatibi’s opinion, namely hifz al-Din (Maintaining Religion), hifz al-Nafz (Guarding the Soul), hifz al-‘Aql (Maintaining Reason), hifz al-Nasl (Guarding Offspring), and hifz al�Mal (Guarding Property).
