Abstract

ABSTRAK Secara umum penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui hal�hal, apakah mempengaruhi atau tidak terhadap Oraganizational Citizenship Behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh secara parsial antara Islamic Leadership, Islamic Work Saticfaction, workplace spirituality terhadap peningkatan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Islamic Perspektif (2) pengaruh secara simultan antara Islamic Leadership, Islamic Work Saticfaction,workplace terhadap peningkatan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Islamic Perspektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan peneliti yaitu jenis penelitian asosiatif. Penelitian asosiatif adalah penelitian yang berusaha mencari hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lain. Penelitian ini menguji dua variabel yaitu variabel independen dan variabel dependent. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Islamic Leadership, Islamic Work Satification dan Workplace Spirituality, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah loyalitas karyawan atau Organizational Citizenship Behavior Islamic Perspektif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di KCP BSI Kedaton Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji hipotesis Ha1 diterima, Ha2 ditolak, Ha3 diterima, secara secara parsial Islamic Leadership, Islamic Work Saticfaction secara sendiri-sendiri berpengaruh terhadap Peningkatan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Islamic Perspektif. Determinasi Adjused R Square sebesar 72,3% Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Islamic Leadership, Islamic Work Saticfaction dan Workplace Spirituality adalah sebesar 72,3%. Sedangkan selisihnya sebesar 27,7%. Kata Kunci : Islamic Leadership, Islamic Work Saticfaction, Workplace Spirituality, berpengaruh pada Organizational Citizenship Behavior Islamic Perspektif ABSTRACT In general, this research is used to determine whether or not things affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This study aims to determine (1) the partial effect of Islamic Leadership, Islamic Work Saticfaction, workplace spirituality on increasing Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Islamic Perspective (2) the simultaneous influence of Islamic Leadership, Islamic Work Saticfaction, workplace on increasing Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Islamic Perspective. This type of research is quantitative. The type of research used by the researcher is the type of associative research. Associative reseach is research that seeks to find a relationship between one variable and another. This study tested two variables, namely the independent variable. The independent variables in this study are islamic leadership, islamic work satification and workplace spirituality, while the dependent variable is employee loyalty or organizational citizenship behavior in islamic perspective. The locaion of this research was conducted at KCP BSI Kedaton Bandar Lampung. The results of this study indicate that the results of the hypothesis test Ha1 are accepted, Ha2 is rejected, Ha3 is accepted, partially Islamic Leadership, Islamic Work Saticfaction individually affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Improvement in Islamic Perspective. Determination of the Adjusted R Square of 72.3% This result shows that the variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior which can be explained by the variables of Islamic Leadership, Islamic Work Saticfaction and Workplace Spirituality is 72.3%.
