Abstract

ABSTRAK Untuk melihat sejauh mana keberhasilan pembangunan dan juga kesejahteraan manusia, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) telah menerbitkan indikator yaitu Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) yang digunakan untuk mengukur kesuksesan pembangunan dan kesejahteraan suatu negara. Setiap tahun Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Lampung terus meningkat, salah satunya yaitu Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat. Meskipun begitu Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat merupakan salah satu Kabupaten yang ada di Provinsi Lampung dengan IPM terendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB ) dan upah minimum kabupaten/kota terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat tahun 2009-2020 dan untuk mengetahui Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dan upah minimum kabupaten/kota terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam perspektif ekonomi islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan penelitian secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari BPS Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat dalam periode pengamatan 2009-2020. Secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, secara parsial variabel PDRB (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat (Y) di Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat tahun 2009-2020. Sedangkan variabel Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota (X2) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat (Y) di Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat tahun 2009-2020. Secara simultan variabel PDRB (X1) dan upah minimum kabupaten/kota (X2) berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat (Y) di Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat tahun 2009-2020. Bekerja merupakan perintah Allah SWT dan menjadi sunah Rasulallah SAW, dalam islam pengangguran merupakan hal yang dilarang oleh Allah SWT, karena islam mengajarkan manusia untuk bekerja sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya, mencukupi kebutuhan keluarganya, dan membantu sesama manusia sehingga kesejahteraan masyarakat dapat tercapai. Kata Kunci : Kesejahteraan Masyarakat, PDRB dan Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota ABSTRACT To see the extent of development success and human welfare, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) has published an indicator, namely the Human Development Index (HDI) which is used to measure the success of development and welfare of a country. Every year the Human Development Index (IPM) in the Regency/City in Lampung Province continues to increase, one of which is the Tulang Bawang Barat Regency. Even so, Tulang Bawang Barat Regency is one of the regencies in Lampung Province with the lowest HDI. The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and the district/city minimum wage on the level of welfare of the people of Tulang Bawang Barat district in 2009-2020 and to determine the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and the district minimum wage. /city on the level of community welfare in the perspective of Islamic economics. The research method used is a quantitative research approach using secondary data taken from the BPS of Tulang Bawang Barat Regency in the 2009-2020 observation period. Overall, the results of the study show that partially the GRDP variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the level of community welfare (Y) in Tulang Bawang Barat Regency in 2009- 2020. While the Regency/City Minimum Wage variable (X2) partially does not have a positive and significant effect on the level of community welfare (Y) in Tulang Bawang Barat Regency in 2009- 2020. Simultaneously, the variable GRDP (X1) and the district/city minimum wage (X2) have an effect on the level of community welfare (Y) in Tulang Bawang Barat Regency in 2009-2020. Work is an order from Allah SWT and is a sunnah of Rasulullah SAW, in Islam unemployment is prohibited by Allah SWT, because Islam teaches humans to work so that they can meet their needs, meet the needs of their families, and help fellow humans so that community welfare can be achieved.
