Abstract

ABSTRAK Pondok pesantren memiliki peran yang penting dalam pengembangan agama Islam terutama di wilayah Indonesia, pondok pesantren adalah lembaga pendidikan generasi muda yang menggabungkan etika, moral dan agama, sehingga berperan dalam mencetak generasi muda yang berakhlak mulia. Pondok pesantren tidak hanya membekali para santrinya dengan ilmu-ilmu Islam melainkan juga membekali ilmu-ilmu umum. Hal ini bertujuan agar para santri selain menguasai ilmu-ilmu Islam tetapi juga bisa bersaing mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Pondok Pesantren Roudlotussholihin menjadi salah satu pondok yang berkembang di kampung Purwosari Kecamatan Padangratu Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Pondok Pesantren Roudlotussholihin saat ini di bawah naungan Yayasan mengembangkan beberapa unit pendidikan formal dan nonformal, Dari semua yang dimaksudkan bertujuan untuk membentengi santri dari racun yang melanda pemuda-pemudi Indonesia, yaitu dekadensi moral, miskin skill, dan kaya gengsi. Oleh Karena Itu, pondok pesantren Roudlotussholihin berusaha untuk menciptakan output santri yang pintar mengaji, punya etos kerja tinggi dan berprestasi. Di samping pendirian dan proses perkembangannya, podok pesantren ini pasti mempunyai kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang maupun ancaman. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif atau penelitian lapangan Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di pondok pesantren Roudlotussholihin untuk mengetahui kebenaran sumber data penelitian dengan menggunakan strategi Analisis SWOT. Penerapan dalam matrik SWOT diperoleh matriks IFAS sebesar 3.05 dari matrik IFAS ini peneliti mampu mengemukakan kekuatan dan kelemahan yang ada di pondok pesantren Roudlotussholihin. Dan dari matrik EFAS 3.00 dari matrik EFAS peneliti mampu mengetahui ancaman dan peluang yang ada di pondok pesantren Roudlotussholihin. Pondok pesantren dapat dikatakan sudah baik karena dapat berkembang dan mampu bersaing dengan pondok pesantren lain. Dengan demikian dapat diperoleh beberapa strategi untuk menangani ancaman dan kelemahan dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan dan ancaman. Kata kunci: Analisis SWOT dan Pondok Pesantren Roudlotussholihin. iii ABSTRAK Islamic boarding schools have an important role in the development of Islam, especially in the territory of Indonesia, Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions for the younger generation that combine ethics, morals and religion, so that they play a role in creating a young generation with noble character. Islamic boarding schools not only equip their students with Islamic knowledge but also provide general knowledge. It is intended that the students in addition to mastering Islamic sciences but also can compete with the times. The Roudlotussholihin Islamic Boarding School is one of the developing cottages in Purwosari Village, Padangratu District, Central Lampung Regency. Roudlotussholihin Islamic Boarding School is currently under the auspices of the Foundation developing several formal and non-formal education units, all of which are intended to fortify santri from the poison that has hit Indonesian youth, namely moral decadence, poor skills, and rich in prestige. Therefore, the Roudlotussholihin Islamic boarding school strives to create outputs of students who are good at reciting the Koran, have a high work ethic and excel. In addition to its establishment and development process, this Islamic boarding school must have strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This research is descriptive or field research. Data collection uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation at the Roudlotussholihin Islamic boarding school to find out the truth of the research data sources using the SWOT analysis strategy. The application of the SWOT matrix obtained an IFAS matrix of 3.05 from the IFAS matrix, researchers were able to express the strengths and weaknesses that exist in the Roudlotussholihin Islamic boarding school. And from the EFAS 3.00 matrix from the EFAS matrix the researcher was able to find out the threats and opportunities that existed at the Roudlotussholihin Islamic boarding school. Islamic boarding schools can be said to be good because they can develop and are able to compete with other Islamic boarding schools.
