Abstract

ABSTRAK Intellectual Capital merupakan sumber daya berbasis Ilmu pengetahuan yang menciptakan nilai tinggi bagi perusahaan dimasa mendatang. Hubungan yang dihasilkan dari Intellectual Capital yang baik di dalam perkembangan perbankan akan menghasilkan kinerja perusahaan yang baik dimana berkembangnya suatu perusahaan juga tergantung pada Intellectual Capita yang dimiliki perusahaan baik human capital, customer capital dan stucktural capital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Value Added Capital Employed (VACA) terhadap profitabilitas, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) terhadap profitabilitas, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) terhadap profitabilitas, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Intellectual Capital terhadap Profitabilitas dalam Prespektif Ekonomi Islam. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperolehdari laporan keuangan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Dengan Populasi 14 Bank Umum Syariah dan, Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 11 Bank Umum Syariah. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis data panel dengan model fixed effect model. Pengelolaan data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan program komputer eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Value Added Capital Employed tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, Value Added Human Capital berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, Structural Capital Value Added berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, Intellectual Capital (VACA, VAHU, dan STVA) secara simultan bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas. Pada dasarnya Intellectual Capital merupakan insan kamil yaitu manusia yang sempurna dari segi wujud dan pengetahuannya sehingga dalam menghasilkan laba (profitabilitas) akan mementingkan juga memperoleh falah dan maslahah. Kata Kunci : Intellectual Capital, Profitabilitas dan Bank Umum Syariah. iii ABSTRACT Intellectual Capital is a science-based resource that creates high value for the company in the future. The relationship that results from good Intellectual Capital in banking development will result in good company performance where the development of a company also depends on the Intellectual Capital owned by the company, both human capital, customer capital and structural capital. This study aims to determine the effect of Value Added Capital Employed (VACA) on profitability, to determine the effect of Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) on profitability, to determine the effect of Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) on profitability, to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital on profitability. in Islamic Economic Perspective. The research approach uses a quantitative approach. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from financial statements. Data collection technique in this research is documentation technique. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling method. With a population of 14 Islamic Commercial Banks and, the sample used is 11 Islamic Commercial Banks. The data analysis method uses panel data analysis with a fixed effect model. Management of data in this study using the computer program eviews 10. The results of this study indicate that Value Added Capital Employed has no effect on profitability, Value Added Human Capital has an effect on profitability, Structural Capital Value Added has an effect on profitability, Intellectual Capital (VACA, VAHU, and STVA) simultaneously jointly affects profitability. Basically, Intellectual Capital is a human being, namely a perfect human in terms of form and knowledge so that in generating profit (profitability) it is also concerned with obtaining falah and maslahah.
