Abstract

ABSTRAK Sektor perkebunan Indonesia yang sangat berkembang dan memiliki prospek baik ke depan adalah industri komoditas kelapa sawit yang dapat diolah menjadi minyak kelapa sawit atau Crude Palm Oil (CPO), karena memiliki harga yang murah dan sangat stabil untuk digunakan sebagai bahan makanan, kosmetik, produk kebersihan dan juga sebagai sumber biofuel atau biodiesel. Perkembangan dan pertumbuhan dari sektor perkebunan terutama dalam kegiatan ekspor impor memiliki dampak pada devisa atau pendapatan Negara, lapangan pekerjaan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi Negara. Hal ini menjadi sebuah tantangan besar bagi pemerintah, dilihat dari data selama 12 tahun jumlah produksi CPO mengalami kelebihan pasokan, kurs berpengaruh pada volume ekspor CPO yang menyebabkan harga/ nilai ekspor CPO anjlok, perang dagang AS�China, gerakan anti sawit oleh Benua Eropa, dan sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah produksi dan kurs terhadap ekspor crude palm oil (CPO) Indonesia dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deksriptif kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan periode 2008-2019 yang diperoleh dari lembaga atau intansi pemerintah terkait penelitian ini. Data dalam penenlitian ini meliputi data jumlah produksi, kurs dan volume ekspor CPO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah produksi CPO memiliki nilai probability sebesar 0,0136 < 0,05, maka jumlah produksi CPO berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ekspor CPO di Indonesia. Untuk kurs, memiliki nilai probability sebesar 0,0175 < 0,05, maka kurs berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume ekspor CPO di Indonesia. Dari uji f menunjukkan bahwa jumlah produksi dan kurs secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap volume ekspor CPO Indonesia. Hal ini ditunjukkan hasil dari uji f memilki nilai probabilitas f statistik sebesar 0,000021 lebih kecil dari α = 5% atau 0,000021 < 0,05. The development and growth of the plantation sector, especially in export�import activities, has an impact on the country's foreign exchange or income, employment and the country's economic growth. This is a big challenge for the government, seen from the data for 12 years the amount of CPO production has been oversupplied, the exchange rate affects the volume of CPO exports which causes the price / value of CPO exports to drop, the US-China trade war, the anti-palm oil movement by the European Continent, and so on. This study aims to determine the effect of the amount of production and the exchange rate on exports of Indonesian crude palm oil (CPO) from an Islamic economic perspective. This research uses quantitative descriptive method and uses documentation data collection techniques and literature study. The data used are secondary data from the 2008-2019 period obtained from government agencies or agencies related to this research. The data in this research includes data on the amount of production, exchange rate and volume of CPO exports. The results showed that the amount of CPO production has a probability value of 0.0136 <0.05, so the amount of CPO production has a positive and significant effect on CPO exports in Indonesia. For the exchange rate, having a probability value of 0.0175 <0.05, the exchange rate has a positive and significant effect on the volume of CPO exports in Indonesia. From the f test shows that the amount of production and the exchange rate simultaneously have an influence on the export volume of Indonesian CPO. It is shown that the results of the f test have a probability value of f statistical equal to 0.000021 which is smaller than α = 5% or 0.000021 <0.05.
