Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH PEMBANGUNAN INFRASTRUKTUR TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN 2013 - 2019 DALAM PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan indikator keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi ditandai dengan proses kenaikan output per kapita dalam jangka panjang. Upaya mempercepat pembangunan daerah dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Efisiensi dalam kegiatan ekonomi harus diiringi dengan infrastruktur yang memadai khususnya infrastruktur jalan dan listrik sehingga akan mendorong peningkatan potensi daerah yang berkesinambungan. Di kota Bandar Lampung merupakan kota dimana infrastruktur yang ada belum sepenuhnya memadai dalam proses pembangunan ekonomi. Infrastruktur jalan yang masih banyak dalam kondisi rusak akan mempengaruhi sulitnya mobilitas barang maupun orang dari satu daerah ke daerah lain, sarana penerangan atau listrik juga belum sepenuhya terdistribusi kesemua wilayah kota Bandar Lampung dimana listrik merupakan salah satu energi yang memegang peranan penting untuk mendorong aktifitas ekonomi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian secara kuantitatif dengan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder berupa buku, Jurnal dan dokumen yang diterbitkan secara resmi. Serta teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan studi pustaka yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25. Dari hasil analisis secara parsial, pembangunan infrastruktur jalan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi begitu pula dengan pembangunan infrastruktur listrik yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, Selanjutnya secara simultan menyatakan bahwa pembangunan infrastruktur jalan dan pembangunan infrastruktur listrik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Bandar Lampung. Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam, pembangunan merupakan kegiatan yang penting untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di suatu daerah khususnya pembangunan infrastruktur jalan dan listrik yang harus dikelola dengan baik untuk memenuhi kepentingan masyarakat. Di kota Bandar Lampug infrastruktur jalan dan juga listrik berpengaruh Positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dikarenakan kondisi jalan dalam proses pembangunan dan sarana penerangan listrik dalam proses pendistribusian kesuluruhan wilayah kota Bandar Lampung, dalam pandangan Ekonomi Islam hal tersebut sesuai dengan prinsip keadilan dimana pemerintah daerah sebagai pemegang kekuasaan tertinggi harus memenuhi kebutuhan rakyatnya dengan adil. Efforts to accelerate regional development can be carried out by increasing economic growth. Efficiency in economic activities must be accompanied by adequate infrastructure, especially road and electricity infrastructure, so as to encourage the sustainable increase of regional potential. In the city of Bandar Lampung itself is a city where the existing infrastructure is not yet fully adequate in the process of economic development. Road infrastructure is still a lot in a damaged condition will affect the difficulty of mobility of goods and people from one area to another, lighting or electricity facilities are also not yet fully distributed to all areas of the city of Bandar Lampung where electricity is one of the energies that plays an important role to encourage economic activity. This research uses quantitative research methods with the data sources used are secondary data in the form of books, journals and documents that are officially published. As well as data collection techniques using the method of documentation and literature study which is then processed using SPSS 25 software. From the results of the partial analysis, the construction of road infrastructure has a significant effect on economic growth as well as the development of electricity infrastructure which has a significant effect on economic growth. Furthermore, it is simultaneously stated that the development of road infrastructure and the construction of electricity infrastructure have a significant effect on economic growth in Bandar Lampung City. In the Islamic Economic Perspective, development is an important activity to improve the welfare of the community in an area, especially the development of road and electricity infrastructure which must be managed properly to meet the interests of the community. In the city of Bandar Lampung, road infrastructure and electricity have a positive effect on economic growth due to road conditions in the development process and electric lighting facilities in the distribution process throughout the city of Bandar Lampung. must meet the needs of its people fairly .
