Abstract

ABSTRAK Financial distress adalah suatu kondisi dimana perusahaan menghadapi masalah kesulitan keuangan. Salah satu penyebab financial distress pada perbankan adalah bank tidak mentaati atau memenuhi ketentuan rasio kecukupan modal yang diatur oleh regulator dan bank tidak mampu mengelola risiko dari pembiayaan yang telah disalurkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi financial distress pada bank Mumalat Indonesia. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi bank Muamalat dengan sampel rentan tahun 2008-2018. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi dan observasi dengan mengumpulkan laporan keuangan bank Muamalat tahun 2008-2018. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel CAR (capital adequacy ratio) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia. ROA berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap financial distress pada bank Muamalat Indonesia. ROE menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh terhadap financial distress pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) menunjukkan adanya pengaruh terhadap financial distress pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia. BOPO tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Dengan kontribusi pengaruh CAR (capital adequacy ratio), ROA, ROE, Financing to Deposit Ratio(FDR) dan BOPO terhadap financial distress sebesar 69%. Kata kunci : Financial distress. One of the causes of financial distress in banking is that banks do not comply with or comply with the capital adequacy ratio set by the regulator and banks are unable to manage the risk of the financing that has been disbursed. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence financial distress at Bank Mumalat Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research. Muamalat bank population with a vulnerable sample in 2008-2018. While the data collection techniques used in this study are documentation and observation by collecting the financial statements of the Muamalat bank for the year 2008-2018. The data analysis used was multiple regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that the CAR (capital adequacy ratio) variable did not have a significant effect on financial distress at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. ROA has a significant negative effect on financial distress at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. ROE shows that there is an influence on financial distress at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) shows an influence on financial distress at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. BOPO has no significant effect on financial distress at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. With the contribution of the influence of CAR (capital adequacy ratio), ROA, ROE, Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and BOPO on financial distress by 69% Keywords: Financial distress.
