Abstract

ABSTRAK Manajemen sarana dan prasarana merupakan serangkaian proses kegiatan pengelolaan sarana maupun prasarana yang dilakukan oleh sekolah sebagai upaya dalam menunjang seluruh kegiatan baik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran maupun kegiatan lainya. Sehingga seluruh kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Dengan tujuan memberikan layanan operasional dibidang sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dalam rangka terselenggerakanya proses pendidikan secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan descriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan : untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengimplementasian manajemen sarana dan prasarana di Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Pringsewu. Adapaun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara observasi, dokumentasi. Keabsahan data di uji dengan triangulasi teknik dan meningkatkan ketekunan. Sumber data penelitian: kepala sekolah, wakil kepala bagain sarana dan prasarana, staff Tata Usaha serta salah satu guru. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pengimplementasian manajemen sarana dan prasarana di Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Pringsewu dilaksanakan secara berurutan dimulai dari 1) perencanaan sarana dan prasarana, 2) pengadaan sarana dan prasarana, 3)penginventarisan sarana dan prasarana, 4) penggunaan sarana dan prasarana, 5) pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana, 6) penghapusan sarana dan prasarana, 7) pertanggungjawaban sarana dan prasarana. Sekolah dasar (SD) Muhammadiyah Pringsewu telah berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk melaksanakan manjemen sarana dan prasarana sekolah. Meskipun dalam prakteknya terdapat beberapa indikator manajemen sarana dan prasana yang belum berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur, Terkait dengan beberapa prosedur tersebut Sekolah Dasar (SD) Muhammadiyah Pringsewu memiliki aturan tersendiri dalam mengatur manjemen sarana prasarana. Dan dengan aturan-aturan yang dilakukan oleh SD Muhammadiyah Pringsewu , penerapan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarananya tetap berjalan dengan baik, optimal, dalam kondisi rapih tertib dan teratur. So that all activities can run smoothly. With the aim of providing operational services in the field of educational facilities and infrastructure in order to carry out the educational process effectively and efficiently. This research is a qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive approach. This study aims: to find out how to implement the management of facilities and infrastructure in Pringsewu Muhammadiyah Elementary School. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, documentation. The validity of the data was tested by technical triangulation and persistence. Sources of research data: principal, deputy head of facilities and infrastructure, administrative staff and one teacher. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. This study concluded that the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management at Muhammadiyah Pringsewu Elementary School was carried out sequentially starting from 1) planning facilities and infrastructure, 2) procurement of facilities and infrastructure, 3) inventorying facilities and infrastructure, 4) using facilities and infrastructure, 5) maintenance of facilities and infrastructure, 6) elimination of facilities and infrastructure, 7) accountability of facilities and infrastructure. Pringsewu Muhammadiyah Elementary School (SD) has made every effort to implement the management of school facilities and infrastructure. Although in practice there are several indicators of facilities and infrastructure management that have not been carried out in accordance with the procedures, Related to these procedures, Muhammadiyah Pringsewu Elementary School (SD) has its own rules in regulating the management of infrastructure. And with the rules implemented by SD Muhammadiyah Pringsewu, the implementation of the management of its facilities and infrastructure continues to run well, optimally, in an orderly and orderly condition.
