Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan memiliki peranan yang sangat strategis, karena pendidikan menentukan kualitas sumber daya manusia.Betapa pentingnya peranan pendidikan yang didasari oleh kesadaran masing�masing dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan pengembangan perilaku bangsa untuk kemajuan masyarakat dan bangsa. Harkat dan martabat suatu bangsa sangat ditentukan oleh kualiats pendidikannya. Disinilah perlunya dalam pengembangan mutu pendidikan yang mana mengacu pada standar nasioanl pendidikan. Oleh karena itu pendidikan khususnya pendidikan islam perlu menekankan pada penyediaan input pendidikan seperti, guru, kurikulum, sarana prasarana, dan alat-alat bantu pembelajaran, dan lain sebagainya. Disinilah penulis ingin mencari tahu apakah standar mutu pendidikan yang ada di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Lampung Tengah sudah sesuai standar nasional pendidikan. Dengan hal ini rumusan masalah yang penulis kemukakan adalah “bagaimana mutu pendidikan dalam standar isi, standar proses, standar kompetensi lulusan, standar tenaga kependidikan, standar sarana dan prasarana, standar pengelolaan, standar pembiayaan dan standar penilaian di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Lampung Tengah?. Tujuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan standar mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Lampung Tengah. Metodelogi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi, wawancara dilakukan kepada Waka kurikulum, guru dan kepala tata usaha. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati kegiatan belajar dan mengajar. Dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengetahui sejarah sekolah, visi-misi, keadaan sekolah, jumlah siswa, sarana prasarana sekolah, dan keadaan guru. Data yang diperoleh langsung dari responden dari standar mutu pendidikan yaitu dengan analisis data. Sedangkan uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Triangulasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah triaangulasi sumber atau metode. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diberi kesimpulan bahwa mutu pendidikan dalam standar mutu di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Lampung Tengah sudah sesuai dengan standar nasional pendidikan, dibuktikan dengan: standar isi, standar proses, standar kompetensi lulusan, standar sarana dan prasarana, standar pengelolaan, standar pembiayaan, dan standar penilaian dalam pelaksanaan nya sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dibuktikan dengan akreditasi yang sudah A. iii Kesimpulan penelitian ini, mutu pendidikan dalam standar mutu Di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Lampung Tengah telah mengacu pada SNP (Standar Nasional Pendidikan) yang meliputi: 1) standar proses yaitu para siswa siswi nya memakai sistem daring (dalam jaringan) dan luring (luar jaringan) sedangkan ibu bapak guru nya memakai sistem WFH (work from home) dan WFO (work from office), 2) standar kompetensilulusan yaitu sudah cukup baik yang dilihat dari sikap, nilai afektif, tingkah laku, nilai akademik serta keaktifan siswa, 3) standar tenaga kependidikan yaitu alhamdulillah sudah cukup baik. Yang mana kualifikasi gurunya sudah S1 atau strata 1, bahkan ada lima belas guru yang sudah pasca sarjana dan sudah melalui proses administasi, 4) standar sarana dan prasarana yaitu madrasah aliyah negeri 1 lampung tengah sudah sesuai dengan standar pelayanan minimal, tidak hanya itu sekolah tetap berusaha dalam meningkatkan mutu sarana dan prasarana, dan5) standar pengelolaan yaitu sudah cukup baik, pengawasan yang dilakukan langsung dari pihak waka kurikulum. Dalam melaksanakan fungsinya pendidikan ini juga diawasi oleh kantor kementerian agama. iv ABSTRACK Education has a very strategic role, because education determines the quality of human resources. How important is the role of education based on each other's awareness in the development of human resources and the development of national behavior for the progress of society and the nation. The dignity of a nation is largely determined by the quality of its education. This is where the need to develop the quality of education which refers to national education standards. Therefore, education, especially Islamic education, needs to emphasize the provision of educational inputs such as teachers, curriculum, infrastructure, and learning aids, and so on. This is where the author wants to find out whether the quality standards of education in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Central Lampung are in accordance with national education standards With this, the formulation of the problem that the author puts forward is "how is the quality of education in content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, educational staff standards, facilities and infrastructure standards, management standards, financing standards and assessment standards at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Central Lampung?. The purpose of this study is to reveal the quality standards of education in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Central Lampung. The methodology in this study uses a qualitative field research type. This study used interview, documentation, and observation data collection techniques, interviews were conducted with the Head of Curriculum, teachers and administrative heads. Observations were made to observe teaching and learning activities. Documentation is used to find out the history of the school, the vision and mission, the state of the school, the number of students, the school's infrastructure, and the condition of the teachers. File obtained directly from respondents from the quality standard of education, namely by data analysis. Meanwhile, the validity of the data was tested by observation and triangulation. The triangulation used in this research is source or method triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the quality of education in quality standards at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Central v Lampung is in accordance with national education standards, as evidenced by: content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, facilities and infrastructure standards, management standards, financing standards, and the standard of assessment in its implementation has been going well. The conclusion of this study, the quality of education in quality standards at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Central Lampung has referred to the SNP (National Education Standards) which include: 1) process standards, namely the students use the online system (in the network) and offline (outside the network). while the teachers use the WFH (work from home) and WFO (work from office) systems, 2) the competency standards of graduates are good enough in terms of attitudes, affective values, behavior, academic values and student activity, 3) standards The education staff, thank God, is quite good. Where the teacher qualifications are S1 or strata 1, there are even fifteen teachers who are post-graduate and have gone through the administrative process, 4) the standard of facilities and infrastructure, namely Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Lampung Tengah is in accordance with minimum service standards, not only permanent schools trying to improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure, and 5) management standards are good enough, supervision is carried out directly from the waka of the curriculum.
