Abstract

ABSTRAK Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah adalah suatu kemampuan seorang pemimpin lembaga pendidikan dalam proses mempengaruhi, membimbing, mendorong, menggerakkan dan mengarahkan orang lain dalam hal pembelajaran agar dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Kinerja adalah prestasi kerja atau hasil kerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugasnya sesuai dengan target yang telah ditentukan. Kinerja guru menunjukkan suatu kegiatan atau kemampuan yang dimiliki guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan prasurvey yang dilakukan oleh peneliti didapat permasalahan bahwa kinerja guru masih rendah, hal ini dilihat dari ada beberapa guru yang cenderung pasif. Dari penjelasan diatas penulis menuliskan rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: Apakah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di SDIT Teladan Kota Agung Tanggamus?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah tehadap kinerja guru di SDIT Teladan Kota Agung Tanggamus. Ditinjau dari jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 42 guru di SDIT Teladan Kota Agung Tanggamus, dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh guru di SDIT Teladan Kota Agung Tanggamus yaitu 42 orang guru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi sederhana, uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SDIT Teladan Kota Agung Tanggamus. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai korelasi koofisien variabel X dan Y 0,599 dengan taraf signifikasi 5% (0,05). Diperoleh pula R square sebesar 0,359. Hal ini mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas (kepemimpinan kepala sekolah) terhadap variabel terikat (kinerja guru) adalah sebesar 35,9%. Performance is the work performance or work of the teacher in carrying out his duties in accordance with predetermined targets. Teacher performance shows an activity or ability that the teacher has in carrying out the learning process. Based on the pre-survey conducted by the researcher, the problem was that teacher performance was still low, this was seen from some teachers who tended to be passive. From the explanation above, the author writes the formulation of the problem as follows: Does the leadership of the principal affect the performance of teachers in SDIT Exemplary Kota Agung Tanggamus? The purpose of this study was to find out whether the influence of the principal's leadership on the performance of teachers in SDIT Exemplary Kota Agung Tanggamus. Reviewed from this type of research using a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study was 42 teachers in SDIT Exemplary Kota Agung Tanggamus, and the sample used in this study using saturated samples, namely all teachers in SDIT Exemplary Kota Agung Tanggamus, namely 42 teachers. Data analysis techniques used to test hypotheses are simple regression analysis, t test and F test. Based on the results obtained in this study showed that there was a positive influence between the leadership of the principal on the performance of teachers in SDIT Exemplary Kota Agung Tanggamus. This can be seen from the correlation value of variables X and Y 0.599 with a signification rate of 5% (0.05). R square is also obtained by 0.359. This contains the understanding that the effect of free variables (principal leadership) on bound variables (teacher performance) is 35.9%. Keywords: Principal Leadership, Teacher Performance
