Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran bagaimana pandangan Yahudi terhadap Islam, dan mengkritisi apa yang keliru dari pandangan Yahudi terhadap Islam tersebut. Islam yang dimaksudkan pada penelitian ini ialah Islam dilihat dari sisi teologisnya yang meliputi kajian tentang Allah, Rasul, dan Al-Qur‟an. Dasar-dasar persoalan teologis antar agama terdahulu tidaklah berbeda, yaitu meliputi percaya kepada Allah, Rasul-Nya, dan Kitab-Nya. Tetapi, dalam perjalanan pembetulan akidah tersebut mengalami berbagai macam penyimpangan-penyimpangan, terutama kalangan Yahudi yang sangat menentang keras ke-nabian Muhammad Saw. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research dengan pendekatan maudhu‟i. Penulis terlebih dahulu menghimpun ayat-ayat al-Qur‟an dengan pendekatan maudhu‟i agar mempermudah penulis dalam proses penelitian, penulis memilah-milih kembali ayat yang lebih relevan untuk dikaji pada penelitian ini. Selanjutnya, penulis mengumpulkan berbagai tafsir dari yang klasik hingga modern untuk kemudian penulis analisis ayat-ayat yang dikaji melalui tafsir-tafsir yang telah penulis pilih. Penulis menggunakan teknik content-analys untuk dapat menarik suatu kesimpulan yang valid berdasarkan objek kajian, dan penulis kemas dalam bentuk yang sederhana agar lebih mudah untuk dipahami. Temuan dari penelitian ini ialah, dalam pembahasan mengenai Allah, Yahudi berpandangan antropomorfisme, yaitu menyamakan atau menyerupakan Allah dengan makhluk-Nya. Sementara terhadap Rasul dan Al-Qur‟an, mereka yakin akan adanya seorang Rasul yang mengemban risalah-Nya, sebagaimana Rasul-rasul sebelumnya yang banyak diutus dari kalangan Bani Israel. Akan tetapi, dalam pandangan mereka Muhammad bukanlah seorang Rasul dan al-Qur‟an bukanlah iikitab suci kebenaran. Sikap keras mereka disebabkan karena kekecawaan mereka atas Rasul akhir zaman yang diutus berasal dari keturunan Bani Ismail. Sedangkan yang mereka harapkan dan mereka nantikan ialah Rasul itu berasal dari keturunan mereka, Bani Israel. Kata Kunci: Islam, Pandangan, Yahudi. iiiABSTRACT This study aims to obtain an overview of the Jewish view of Islam, and to criticize what is wrong with the Jewish view of Islam. The Islam referred to in this research is Islam seen from the theological side which includes the study of Allah, the Messenger, and the Qur'an. The basics of theological issues between previous religions were not different, which included belief in Allah, His Messenger, and His Book. However, in the course of rectifying the creed, there were various kinds of deviations, especially among the Jews who strongly opposed the prophethood of Muhammad. This study uses a library research method with a maudhu'i approach. The author first collects the verses of the Qur'an with a maudhu'i approach to make it easier for the author in the research process, the author re-selects the verses that are more relevant to be studied in this study. Next, the writer collects various interpretations from the classic to the modern, then the writer analyzes the verses that are studied through the interpretations that the writer has chosen. The author uses the content-analysis technique to be able to draw a valid conclusion based on the object of study, and the author packs it in a simple form to make it easier to understand. The findings of this study are that, in discussing God, Jews have an anthropomorphic view, namely equating or likening God to His creatures. As for the Apostles and the Qur'an, they believe in the existence of an Apostle who carries His message, as the previous Apostles who were sent from among the Children of Israel. However, in their view Muhammad is not an Apostle and the Qur'an is not the holy book of truth. Their tough attitude is due to their disenchantment with the last-day Apostle who was sent from the descendants of Bani Ishmael. Meanwhile, what they hoped for and waited for ivwas that the Apostle would come from their descendants, the Children of Israel. Keywords: Islam, Views, Judaism.
