Abstract

PENANAMAN NILAI-NILAI RELIGIUS PADA PESERTA DIDIK DI SMPIT INSAN MULIA BOARDING SCHOOL PRINGSEWU ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh peneliti yang merasa tertarik pada suasana religius di SMPIT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan perilaku peserta didik yang sangat menjaga etika pergaulan antar lawan jenis, berbusana islami, bersikap sopan dan santun pada guru, aktivitas kegiatan sholat berjamaah serta kegiatan keagamaan lainnya. SMPIT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu menerapkan program penanaman nilai-nilai religius pada peserta didik dengan mengadopsi nilai-nilai pesantren. Sekolah meyakini pendidikan pesantren dapat membentuk karakter peserta didik yang religius. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui yaitu 1) Implementasi penanaman nilai-nilai religius peserta didik di SMPIT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu. 2) Dampak penanaman nilai-nilai religius peserta didik di SMPIT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian lapangan bersifat kualitatif. SMPIT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu sebagai sumber data untuk penelitian study yang dilakukan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, metode analisis data yang digunakan dengan tiga langkah analisis data kualitatif, yaitu: reduction data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Uji keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman nilai-nilai religius pada peserta didik di SMPIT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu yaitu melalui program- program kegiatan keagamaan di sekolah. Hasil implementasi penanaman nilai-nilai religius pada peserta didik dengan mengunakan metode pembiasaan, keteladanan, pengawasan, nasihat dan metode hukuman. Nilai-nilai religius yang ditanamkan meliputi nilai keimanan, kejujuran, kedisiplinan, saling menghormati, tanggung jawab, dan kasih sayang. Penelitian ini juga ditemukan faktor penghambat dalam penanaman nilai-nilai religius, seperti: berkurangnya semangat peserta didik, kesulitan guru dalam pemantauan dan pengawasan peserta didik, kuranganya keteladanan orang tua. Sedangkan faktor pendukung dalam penanaman nilai-nilai religius, seperti: Program kegiatan harian sekolah, peraturan atau tata tertib yang dibuat sekolah. Peran aktif guru serta orang tua dalam penanaman nilai-nilai religius berdampak pada terbiasanya peserta didik melaksanakan Ibadah dan kegiatan keagamaan lainnya. Implementasi penanaman nilai-nilai religius pada peserta didik melalui metode yang digunakan dan program-program kegiatan keagamaan di sekolah yang mengadopsi nilai-nilai pesantren berdampak pada terbetuknya karakter peserta didik yang religius. Kata Kunci: Penanaman, Nilai Religius, Nilai Pesantren ii1 INCULCATING RELIGIOUS VALUES IN STUDENTS AT SMPIT INSAN MULIA BOARDING SCHOOL PRINGSEWU ABSTRACT This research was motivated by researchers who were interested in the religious atmosphere at SMPIT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu. This is evidenced by the behavior of students who strictly maintain the ethics of intercourse between the opposite sex, dress in Islamic clothing, be polite and polite to teachers, activities of congregational prayer activities and other religious activities. SMPIT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu implements a program of inculcating religious values in students by adopting Islamic boarding school values. The school believes that pesantren education can shape the character of religious students. Therefore, this study aims to determine, namely 1) Implementation of inculcating the religious values of students at SMPIT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu. 2) The impact of inculcating students' religious values at SMPIT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu. This research is included in qualitative field research. SMPIT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu as a source of data for the research studies conducted. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used was a qualitative descriptive approach, the data analysis method used was three steps of qualitative data analysis, namely: data reduction, data display, and data verification. Test the validity of the data using triangulation. Research shows that the inculcation of religious values in students at SMPIT Insan Mulia Boarding School Pringsewu is through religious activity programs in schools. The results of the implementation of inculcating religious values in students by using the method of habituation, exemplary, supervision, advice and methods of punishment. The religious values that are implanted include the values of faith, honesty, discipline, mutual respect, responsibility, and compassion. This study also found inhibiting factors in the cultivation of religious values, such as: reduced enthusiasm of students, difficulty teachers in monitoring and supervising students, lack of parental exemplary. While the supporting factors in the cultivation of religious values, such as: the school's daily activity program, regulations or rules made by the school. The active role of teachers and parents in instilling religious values has an impact on the habit of students carrying out worship and other religious activities. The implementation of inculcating religious values in students through the methods used and religious activity programs in schools that adopt the values of the pesantren has an impact on the formation of the character of students religiosity.
