Abstract

ABSTRAK Layanan bimbingan konseling kelompok adalah suatu langkah untuk membantu individu secara pribadi ataupun kelompok dalam menyelesaikan masalah klien atau peserta didik yang mencakup hubungan secara individual maupun kelompok. Teknik Homeroom teknik yang dilakukan konselor dalam membantu siswa memecahkan masalah-masalah atau mengembangkan potensi siswa dalam suasana yang menyenagkan melalui kegiatan kelompok yang dilakukan dengan suasana yang menyenagkan sehingga timbul rasa nyaman dan terbuka menurut Nursalim Homeroom adalah suatu kegiatan bimbingan kelompok yang dilakukan dalam ruang atau kelas dalam bentuk pertemuan antara konselor atau guru dengan kelompok untuk membicarakan beberapa hal yang dianggap perlu terutama hal-hal atau masalah-masalah yang berhubungan dengan pelajaran,kegiatan sosial, masalah tata tertib dan moral, cara berpakaian, atau masalah- masalah lain di luar sekolah. Kemandirian belajar merupakan keharusan dalam proses pembelajaran dewasa ini, sejauh pelajaran itu diarahkan kepada hari depan siswa, yang dengan nyata dapat dilihat dalam keluarga dan masyarakat. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif preeksperimental yaitu yang dilakukan dengan pemberian perlakuan tertentu terhadap subjek yang bersangkutan dengan menggunakan one-group pretest-posttest design. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 10 peserta didik kelas Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif pre eksperimental yaitu yang dilakukan dengan pemberian perlakuan tertentu terhadap subjek yang bersangkutan dengan menggunakan one-group pretest- posttest design. Hasil pretest dan hasil posttest peserta didik kelas VII hasil skor yang didapatkan dari pretest sebesar 84.9 dengan nilai rata-rata atau mean 84.9 dan hasil skor yang didapatkan dariposttest yang telah diperoleh sebesar 2.08.3 dengan hasil jumlah nilairata-rata atau mean 2.08.3 terdapat selisih antara hasil skor pretest dan hasil skor posttest sebesar 2.08.3 dengan nilai rata-rata 2.08.3. Hasil Z Pada penelitian ini diperoleh z hitung -2, 803 < z tabel 1,645, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Independent learning is a must in today's learning process, as long as the lesson is directed to the students' future, which can be seen in families and communities. The type of quantitative pre-experimental research is that which is carried out by giving certain treatment to the subject concerned by using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample used was 10 class students.
