Abstract

ABSTRAK Indonesia memiliki kekayaan yang begitu banyak baik dari segi alamnya maupun lainnya, hampir di setiap pulau terdapat banyak hutan gunung tropis salah satunya di Pulau Sumatra yaitu Hutan Pematang Kabuato yang merupakan kawasan Hutan lindung dibawah pengawasan Dinas Kehutanan Kabupaten Pesawaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tumbuhan paku terestrial di kawasan Hutan Lindung Pematang Kabuato. Teknik yang dilakukan adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan petak tunggal/plot. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu tumbuhan paku terestrial yang ada di Hutan Lindung Pematang Kabuato. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah tumbuhan paku terestrial. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan sebanyak 10 spesies tumbuhan paku terestrial terdiri dari Diplazium esculentum, Cristella sp., Adiantum latifolium Lam, Davallia denticulata (Brum.f) Kuhn, Pityrogramma calomelanos (L.)Link, Davallia trichomanoides Blum, Pteris longifolia, Drynaria quercifolia (L)J.Smith, Nephrolepis biserrata (SW) Schott, dan Nephrolepis sp. Terdiri dari 5 famili diantaranya adalah Polypodiaceae, Pteridaceae, Davalliaceae, Thelypteridaceae, Neprolepidaceae Kata kunci : Hutan,Kabuato,Lindung,Paku,Pematang,Terestrial,Tumbuhan ABSTRACT Indonesia has so much wealth both in terms of nature and others, almost on every island there are many tropical mountain forests, one of which is on the island of Sumatra, namely Pematang Kabuato Forest which is a protected forest area under the supervision of the Pesawaran District Forestry Service. This study aims to identify terrestrial ferns in the Pematang Kabuato Protected Forest area. The technique used is a purpose sampling using a single plot/plot . The population used is terrestrial ferns in the Pematang Kabuato Protection Forest, Pesawaran Regency. The sample of this research is terrestrial fern. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study found as many as 10 species of terrestrial ferns consisting of Diplazium esculentum, Cristella sp.
